I live abroad and they are managing my 2 properties, i must say that i can sleep well every night thinking that they are looking after my property and i always receive payments on time with full monthly management statement, i strongly disagree with few peoples reviews here as for the last 8-9 years with them may be its once or twice my payments were delayed appar from that their customer services, accounts and managers are all very efficent and friendly. thats why they manage hundreds of properties. I will strongly recomend them to any Landlord.

They are the worst company in the entire world. They have the most useless Customer Service. My property has been with them since 2003. In that time, I have had numerous cheques bounce, they are in arrears on my account for 3 months in rent.

Very helpful manager, showed me propert 3 times and negotiated the rent for me and full filled all my needs, recomend them to all tenants.

I have no idea were these rumours have originated from, but from my experiences over the last 11 years Tilko estates has been wonderful. There has been one or two minor flaws but one can expect mistakes. They have always been terrific to me and my sister. We do have hassle them now and again but they are generally very reliable.

My properties have been managed by Tilko Estates for seven years and to date I have never had any problems. With my bad experience of other agents in the Eastham area I believe whole heartedly that Tilko stands out very positively.And will continue to do business with them.

Fraud being carried out in Tilko Estates. Almost all the staff is corrupt and fraud.
