From the start, Jemma and her staff handled the sale of our property with professionalism and respect.
The constant liaising between Thomas Morris, us and the buyers (unlike the communications lacking with some of the other professionals required during the house selling process!) was very reassuring meaning that everyone knew where we were at.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jemma and the team to anyone else and will certainly use them again in the future.

I have just bought and let through Thomas Morris in Huntingdon. My main point of contact was Simon, the Branch Manager, who was fantastic. We had a very tight schedule, and despite many issues with Nat West and my Buy to Let mortgage achieved completion within only 6 weeks.
The letting of my property has also been very efficiently handled, with the team arranging a gas safety certificate, carpet cleaning and even finding where my water meter was located.
Throughout the whole process, Simon was very reassuring; making what could have been an incredibly stressful time remarkably easy.Was this review helpful? Yes

All the staff were very professional and polite. Both Kerry and Kate were excellent during our sale process. We sold our house within 4 days of it going on the market, which was brilliant! They both worked with amazing patience and got the job done! I would recommend Thomas Morris to anyone. Thanks ladies, you are stars!!!!!

I'd like to extend my heart-felt appreciation to Thomas Morris for their professionalism and outstanding support with my three transactions in 2010. I was especially impressed with Sue Donald for her exceptional negotiating and troubleshooting skills. She was always available when we needed her, and on many occasions went out of her way to ensure that the two sales and a purchase were completed smoothly and on time. Her performance is an example for all.

Thomas Morris were excellent. We had to sell our mothers house this year and I do not live in the area. Communication was always very good and the staff were really helpful, reading the meters and helping with anything I asked. It made the whole process very straight forward. Thank you very much!

All the satff at Thomas Morris in Sawtry were outstanding when we bought our house in Oct 2010. They always returned calls and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them with sprecial thanks to Neil.

I have just bought and sold through Thomas Morris in Huntingdon. My main point of contact was Sue, the Assistant Branch Manager, who was excellent. The sale of our property did not run particularly smoothly, through no fault of the Estate Agents, but Sue worked tirelessly throughout to keep us informed of progress and go the extra mile when she could to speed things up. Our view of Estate Agents has certainly improved since we were introduced to Thomas Morris, and my husband and I would definitely recommend them.

I would reccomend Thomas Morris to anyone as we have not had the easiest of moves but they supported us fully throughout the entire process making regualr calls and going the extra mile when we realy needed it, Kerry and Pete are absolute stars and we are so very gratefull for all there help and support. I have used Thomas Morris in St. Ives and St. Neots as both a landlady and a purchaser. The teams at both branches are very professional and responsive. This has been particularly important since I do not live locally and rely on 'on the spot' support. I'd not hesitate to recommend Thomas Morris to anyone seeking advice about which agent to use.

I reviewed 3 local estate agents when looking to sell my house and went with Thomas Morris as they seemed more concerned about selling my house and finding the right buyer rather than running the competition down. My choice was rewarded with superb service from all the team and my house sale completed today 10.12.10. Just 10 weeks after going on the market. I highly recommend you sell or buy your house through them.

This was our first time using estate agents, as we bought the house we were selling from new, so I was very wary due to the bad reputation in the media. Thankfully Thomas Morris didn't live up to this reputation at all. They could not be more helpful and were very understanding at how stressful selling and buying is, especially as I was pregnant. Jemma especially always kept her patience with me and my constant emails/telephone calls and was always very reassuring. The people who bought our house also made a comment to me that part of the reason they chose our house was due to the support and help from Thomas Morris which reassured them as first time buyers. I would definitely recommend Thomas Morris, as they have certainly made it easier for us than other friends experiences with other estate agents in the town.

I have recently bought through Thomas Morris and have been extremley impressed with the service. Like most moves there was a number of ups and downs and I was very impressed with the office manager ( Kerry ) who kept me fully informed at all stages of my move. I would highly recommend them.

Good experience, in total. Valuation: no flannel or bull. Good well reasoned valuation. Sale: although the eventual buyer had funding problems, we were kept aware of each action that could affect the sale.
As we were 100+ miles away, the viewings were handled by the staff. We were informed prior to each viewing, as to nature of potential buyers, plus what time the viewing would be.
At point of offer acceptance, they stopped further viewings, and kept us informed as to sale progress. All the staff new their jobs, and reacted with urgency to our requests.
Would I recommed them? Absolutely.

We cannot praise the staff at Thomas Morris in Royston enough they are all pro-active. From the on-set of dealing with them everyone was professional and great to deal with. The most outstanding thing for us was that all their staff actually listened to our requirements. They sold our house for us and were always their at the end of the phone to answer all our question and their support was outstanding. We cannot speak highly enough of them. We would like to take this opportunity to wish them all the best for the New Year of 2011.

We had a long, drawn out sale due to unexpected findings during the buyer's survey. We were also 400 miles away at the time and unable to host viewers. Thomas Morris were extremely supportive during the period and I would highly recommend them to any prospective seller. My comments are as follows:
Advertising. The pictures, brochure and website were well presented and accurate. They were also produced very quickly.
Communication. The staff gave quick and honest feedback regarding how the property was being received by those viewing. This enabled us to change a few things to make it more presentable.
Dealing with problems. The Ramsey team excelled. Called in decorators, gas engineers, gutter repairs and gardeners. They acted as intermediary between buyers and solicitors and worked around our tenants.
Value for money. Despite the protracted time to sell the fixed price contract meant we had no other unexpected costs.
Summary. Highly recommended. A professional team that make it clear that they have your best interests at heart.

I recently purchased a property through Thomas Morris, in Sawtry. My personal guide through a very problematic, and complex purchase, was Lavelle. She was always very pleasent and professional, and was always fighting in my corner, chasing up enquiries when needed, and always gave sound advise. I would recommend Thomas Morris, and especially Lavelle, to anyone who wishes to purchase or sell, within the Sawtry area. 5 star service

We found the staff, especially Lavelle Parsons, at Thomas Morris, Sawtry, to be friendly, efficient and professionally upbeat in such difficult times. No request was too petty, everything was met with a 'can do' attitude - and when the 'purchase' of the property we'd all fallen in love with fell apart, we felt genuine sympathy from Lavelle. After the sympathy came a steely determination to find us the perfect alternative - which she did! I can't praise her enough - when you are buying or selling a house you need to be able to trust the people you are dealing with - they need to project the professional/efficient demeanor yet be friendly and approachable enough for you to ask questions and be honest in your requirements - Lavelle excelled at this - Thank you Lavelle (and the other TM staff) for your time and patience!

I went to St Ives Thomas Morris as it came highly recommended by a friend and found their service to be impeccable. I am a first time buyer who needed a lot of guidance and found their staff and services fantastic. Katy Quilliam guided me through the process making it a very smooth ride. Partners Financial (in particular Phillip at Huntingdon) has helped me no end when it came to my mortgage appointments and helping me through the logistics of what is required from me and the best services to get to ensure I am protected. I would highly recommend Thomas Morris to anybody wishing to purchase a house and would like to thank them for their help.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the staff as Thomas Morris St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, especially Katie Quillam.
Katie worked very hard for us finding houses for us to view, keeping us updated very often, chasing other agents, keeping tabs on solictors etc. whtever she said she would do she did and if Katie was not available one of the other staff would act on her/our behalf all with patience and good humour.
This is an Estate Agent worthy of recomendation.
