All in all disorgannised service to us and the tenants that they were showing houses. Late for appointments, would cancel appointments at short notice. From a landlord point of view doesn't do all the checks they say they have, don't do regular house checks, don't bill properly for there services and when asked just fob off. Generally nice guys but just absolutely disorganised and messy. Will never use again.
