The Wilkinson Partnership offer a good, old fashioned, professional service and sold our house quickly and efficiently at the price for which we were aiming. We would not use any other agent in Leighton Buzzard.

As a purchaser, Wilkinsons were excellent and enabled us to complete within 4 weeks of the first viewing. Janet and Simon in particular stood out.

We had our house on the market for five months with another agent (I had been seduced by the 1% fee) with few viewings & even less feedback. In a moment of anger I called in to the Winslow office of The Wilkinson Partnership and asked if they could do better. In a word they could and did. Within in 3 weeks I had had viewings, feedback & had agreed a sale. Possibly the best 2% I ever spent!

Helpful, professional & honest.
I recently sold my house with The Wilkinson Partnership. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. They explained clearly the market situation and what effect it was having and could have on my property. They offered a number of quite refreshingly original marketing ideas to sell my home. I would recommend them time and again - they were supportive not pushy like some estate agents can be and even when my main contact was out of the office, the other staff were able to help me. To any one who thinks all estate agents are the same think again! In my efforts to move house I visited nearly every estate agent in the town and The Wilinson outfit stood out like a beacon for customer service and a sales effort. Thank you all
