The Agent dealt with any issues we had very promptly and with little fuss. The service given was professional and that enhanced our renting experience knowing we could relax as they would be avalaible to help anytime.

Michael is such a friendly, approachable and helpful agent. He was very easy to contact and he answered all of my questions very promptly. He definitely made such a difference in helping me find the right place and with organising the tenancy. I would have no problem in recommending The Porperty Lounge to anyone looking for a new property. They are one of the best agencies I've ever used and I will definitely be contacting them whenever I'm looking for a new place in the future! A++

It takes a very definite skill, pride and passion in delivering the quality of a professional service. Michael and Paul do this in a straight forward but friendly, helpful and efficient manner. Goes without saying then, I would highly recommend them. If you do engage the services of the property lounge, I predict you'll be writing a high star review also!

After having a pretty bad experience with a London Landlord, it was so refreshing to experience the other end of the scale.
They guys are efficient - very helpful when you have lots of things to organise when moving house and jusIn temt great to deal with.
Whenever we had a problem, it was dealt within one or two working days - again a refreshing change.

My experience with The Property Lounge has been outstanding so far. We have experienced a range of different issues since we have started renting our flat. Michael has always been very responsive, friendly and professional. In case of emergency and if the office is closed, Michael will still answer his mobile phone. I am very pleased with the great level of service that we are benefiting from.
This is actually the best experience we have had with an estate agency in London in the last 4 years. I would definitely recommend The Property Lounge to a friend of mine.

Michael will give an honest, genuine valuation - not an over inflated one as many other agents do just to win business (applies to sales & lettings). He found me a tenant extremely quickly and was professional & courteous at all times. I can always get hold of him or Paul & both have continued to help out whenever needed. A quick, efficent service.

Brilliant service. Straight talking and no messing around. Got a tenant immediately and has helped out immensely ever since then by always being on hand. Great to call and get through to either Michael or Paul so very personal.
Recommend highly to anyone looking for an agency. Many reviews also said the same thing which is way I choose them.

I found The Property Lounge details through a website on renting properties. Both estate agents were efficient, incredibly helpful, honest and friendly. They found us a suitable flat very quickly and managed to get a very good price for it.

I have bought and sold through this agency and use them for tenant sourcing. In all these capacities they've always acted very professionally and effectively.
My house was sold within days of going on the market whilst similar houses nearly have been on the market with other agents for months.
My flat has no voids and changeovers are handled efficiently. My tenants are all very happy with the service they receive too.

I sold my house through the property lounge and I appreciated the fact that when you telephoned or called you spoke to either Michael or Paul, they knew you and were only too happy to help and advise. One of the better Agencies in Queens Park. Helpful and reliable. As a landlord their advice was invaluable allowing me to keep empty periods to a minimum. If you have a property to rent give Michael and Paul at The Property Lounge a visit. You will be glad you did!!

As buyers, we really appreciated all the help we received from the Property Lounge. Unlike some estate agents, they gave us a very realistic, well informed and honest appraisal of the house we were buying, and we never once felt pressured into making hasty decisions. They were very helpful on the negotiation process, and once our offer was accepted they were still more than happy to give up their time and allow us into the house for extra viewings, which was something we were grateful for. We weren't forgotten about once the deal was done, and there was plenty of after care, which is rare. They also liaised closely with the vendor to make sure the house was clear by the time we exchanged, which isn't always the case. All round an excellent service.
