Hardly young and dynamic, more underhand and unprofessional. In fact, your stereotypically bad agent who performed unannounced viewings, harassed to vacate the property early and withheld an extortionate amount of the deposit as 'compensation' for the property supposedly not having been cleaned. Throughout the tenancy it was hard to tell whether they were being deliberately obtuse or genuinely unknowledgeable but either way they were difficult to deal with. Avoid them if you can, unless, of course, you are a greedy, unscrupulous landlord. In which case, they should be your first choice!
