   Would you use the agent again? No

   Requested them to let my property in se16. After meeting a striking young lady who came across initially very sweet, I felt fairly assured. She advised on a price to market and I felt fairly confident. After a few weeks I heard nothing back and tried phoning her. Constantly had my calls and emails ignored. When I finally manger to get in contact I fou d out that a few viewings had been through but no offer. I would have appreciated some feedback as she was entering the property to show and some feedback would have been great. I said I would accet a slight offer on the property thinking that maybe she priced it a little high and I was thinking about another agent. Thenext day she had an offer, if this was true I don't know as a few days later I had another offer from her superior. If this was the same I really don't know. After all there messing around I decided to move to another agent in the area who were very holdup and had the property let in a matter of days.
   To landlords and tenants.. Take the advise from here and please avoid this company. They are cowboys and act it too.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   fake properties marketed on internet. Never espond to any phone calls. Dealt with a foreign lady who was more concerned with what she looked like rather than helping her tenants. Exceptionally rude and caught out lying a few times to me and my partner..

   Avoid with all you can.

   Very irritating people....Do fake promises....Do not respond to calls or emails or msgs when you need them.....

   Never go for this agent.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   I had dealt with many estate agents as a tenant and my experience with most of them have been satisfactory, however I had a horrific experience with London Letting Agency.

   Here it goes :

   - Agreed a move-in date into the new property and then postponed it on the very last day citing they still need to check inventory, leaving us in a fix and had to request an extension of stay with the previous landlord.

   2. On the day of move-in, we are at the property with all our stuff and he tells us that there are

   - no fobs yet to enter the main building !!

   So we have to come in latest by 7pm when the concierge leaves. They promised to arrange the fobs within 2 days and have not yet arranged it in 2 weeks. They do not respond to any emails and do not return calls.

   - not to mention going back on the things promised but not in contract such as
   - furniture provided
   - BT landline installation etc

   Please avoid dealing with them, or get everything in wiritng or else Good Luck.
