   The house we rented was dirty when we moved in, they would not take responsibility for this despite them charging an excessive admin fee just for the pleasure of renting from them. Then when we left the property it took nearly two months to get overpaid rent back from them. We complained to Stephen Grace, MD, but it's fair to say he just paid lip service to the issues, rather than investigate from a duty of care and customer service perspective. Difficulty is they are in an area where the property market is buoyant as a consequence it drives a level of customer care to tenants that is woefully below anything that could be expected of a professional business.

   The hazlemere staff are friendly and know their stuff, all live in the area and have extensive knowlege which is comforting. I bought my house through JNP and found them to be extremley professional and took the stress away from an very important and majorly stress inducing time in one life. Highly recommended will use to sell.

   Well I don't understand the above comment. They were the only agent that opened on Sunday. JNP were able to organise three viewings, one of which I purchased. Selling through them two years later, I was delighted that they retained the same staff. Were realisitic with their values, fees competitive, plenty of evidence to back their figures. Feedback on viewings was excellent and found a buyer within three weeks. Excellent Service.

   Used while serching for a house. Hands off approach, sent details which bear no resemblance to what we were looking for. Office seemed to be closed whenever we visited Risborough. I wouldn't use to sell.
