Worst letting experience I have ever encountered. The flat was not cleaned and finished when I moved in . Outstanding maintainance jobs that were promised and errors in the letting documents since I moved in still not done despite my multiple requests. I have been ignored, harrassed and blatantly lied to many times when dealing with them on email, on phone and even in person. They also charged the highest fee I have ever seen on inventory exit and also others. The fees seem to go to hiring the staffs who sit around in the office chatting among each other, doing their nails and going on facebook.

Cheapest fee paid and would highly recommended them. refs was quickly passed and move in dates was sorted asap no back and forward chasing confirming when to move in as our previuos agent charged several different fees even when we moved out and confirmed move in date 2 days before our previuos contract run out. The flat agency is a great ageny and honest. agency arent honest but they got my trust back. Thanks to all the efforts

Very good service throughout tenancy. Good communication, friendly service. Accepted notice of tenancy and returned full deposit very quickly. A professional company I would be happy to deal with again.

Incredible. This is going to sound fake but they really were great. Always answered the phone. Seemed always to know who I was (how I don't know!) Always told me when they were coming round to do stuff. Basically fab. I couldn't believe it, if I'm honest.

They took my deposit and then told me a week later the property was taken by someone else. They are not professional and I will never do business with them again. They will screw anyone over for themselves.

Very professional service. We had signed a 12 month lease on a flat with the Southsea office, but needed to move out after 8 months. They found another tenant to take over the lease very quickly, and despite there being a void period of a couple of weeks, we weren't charged anything and received our full deposit. During the time there, any problems were dealt with quickly, and they were pretty good at returning phone calls, and communicated well generally. A big contrast to our previous agent, I have to say.
