   I rented a property from Carringtons for over 2 years and in that time I found them to be very professional, polite and efficient. They responded quickly to any issues with the house and returned my deposit in full soon after I had moved out. I would recommend them highly.

   I have used the services of the Carrington Partnership for many years.

   They have unrivalled knowledge of the area and they provide excellent and consistent advice in all areas of the lettings market. They look after the interests of landlords very well indeed and they also build a rappor with tenants, all of which maximises the landlord/tenant relationship.

   We have been clients of the Carrington Partnership for over twelve years, which, in itself, is evidence of our satisfaction with the service provided.

   In normal businesses, a supplier usually has just one target customer, but with the Letting Business, there are two sets of customers, the owners and the tenants, and, in the main, the needs of these two customers are mutually opposed.

   I think the basis of their success lies in the name. They are indeed a crucial part of a partnership, between the landlord, the agent and the tenant.

   I have used The Carrington Partnership for the last 8 years to manage and let my properties in the Stockport area, and can highly recommend them to other landlords and also tenants. From a landlords point of view they are efficient and professional at all times and from the tenants they get to deal with a managing agent who does actually listen and if there are problems or emergencies which have to be dealt with they are done without fuss by their team of contactors.    The moment i rang Carringtons i sensed that they would help me as much as possible as it was my first time at finding a rental property. I had just split with my Partner and explaned i needed to find somewhere suitable for my children and myself. Somewhere 3 bedrooms, space, bathroom with shower was one of my main aspects needed. I viewed a property no more than a week later. I met the letting agent at the property and straight away was at ease.    The agent was helpful from the outset to ensure that we would move in comfortable and have a comfortable start.
   On the few occsions that any attendance was required the agent moved things quickly so that remedials/repairs were carried out quickly giving us the minimum amount of disruption.
