   Our property was very effectively marketed and sold by the Apartment Company. Liz, our agent provided a highly professional service from day one. Liz excelled at marketing, active selling, deal negotiation and effective communication throughout. She maintained postive dialogue between buyers, sellers and lawyers throughout a long sales process, even though we were remote overseas clients, she made this work. We found the service to be highly personalised yet of a consistently professional standard which demonstrated high integrity. If you want the best agents in town you should look no further, they were brilliant!

   Peter Greatorex, who leads the team in Bath, has an open friendly and most professional approach. We had wondered if not having a shop front would hinder the sale but that did not prove the case. They marketed our property speedily and handled the viewings excellently. The only small criticism I had is that we did not get much feed back a viewing unless probed. However, when we needed help and advice, Sharon, Celia and Peter were always most helpful. If I had another flat to sell, I would use The Apartment Company without hesitation.

   We had been in contact with The Apartment Company about a flat in Bath - we had requested a viewing that was 3 weeks away and were due to receive a call to confirm the viewing could in fact take place. This call never came, it was the day before that I had to reconfirm with them, only to be told that they are no longer accepting viewings, with no real reason why. They were unsure if the property was being taken off the market, they were unsure why the owner had not got back to them, and they were unable to offer any apologies for not getting in contact before. I am really unimpressed with this agency as they could not even be bothered to follow up with an interested party willing to travel 120 miles to see a property. One piece of advice - AVOID.

   I recently bought a flat through the apartment co of Bath although I was really looking for something at the same time in london.
   The apartment company did not forget me and sent me regular updates of their list which gave me a good idea of what properties came onto the market and what sold quickly, meaning that I got a good feel of the local market. Having selected the one for me in Bath rather than London , the whole negotiation and sale went very smoothly which was important for me as I was in France at the time. After the sale had been completed they even presented me with a bottle of real champagne when I moved in.

   I was introduced to The Apartment Company by Beckford James. Beckford James are a quality adviser and it gave me confidence which proved to be well founded. I liked the internet base concept, as opposed to a shop window approach, the incentivised results based approach to their fee structure, and instantly struck up a rapport with Ben who was amiable, and very professional. I was later introduced to Sharon and between them one was always available. They worked hard and proved to be a very good team. One of them always seemed to be available. This meant my inquiries and indeed prospective purchasers were always receiving prompt attention. The level of service covered all manner of things which was particularly useful given I am based in London, I had a tenant in the flat at the start of the process and also meant dealing with a letting agent.

   We were guided by recommendation to The Apartment Company and were impressed at how responsive and helpful Sharon and Ben were, as we wanted to find a flat to buy as an investment and to rent out as a holiday let, so their specialist knowledge of Bath, and tourism in Bath was invaluable.We were shown many beautiful properties in suitable locations and having bought (and as the economic environment and the rubbish summer seemed to have put a dampener on the holiday let market), we decided to use The Apartment Company as the letting agents for a short term tenant which they found within a couple of weeks.
   They were shrewd in their selection of niche and do it well!

   If you are planning to sell your property I would strongly recommend using this company, who are wholly a cut above the rest in Bristol. They are bespoke, professional and totally reliable. Their marketing material made a massive difference to getting my flat sold as the photographs were amazing and very well put together; their adverts are eye catching and bring in plenty of viewings. I sold my flat within 1 week of The Appartment Company putting it on the market. Liz was also wonderful, really patient and calm- just what you need in what is a very stressful process. I cannot recommend them highly enough- which is not something I usually say of estate agents! Worth the extra.

   I have been dealing with the company for some time. They were not able to sell my property and eventually I withdrew, but the press advertising, brochure, photography etc were all very good and the company was very attentive and responsive. With the purchasing of my new property everything went exactly to plan and I am very pleased with the results. I was shown a number of interesting possibilities and eventually got exactly what I wanted without being hassled or cajoled into something I didn't want.

    All staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. They were very knowledgable about the steps required and worked with us to meet the timings for the seller. Buying a house can be really stressful but we were always kept up to date on what was happening and the purchase went smoothly. As a result of the service we recieved we went on to rent our property through them too.

    We wanted a quick sale at the highest possible price and were immediately impressed by the initial meeting with Peter and his passion for selling our property. He really understands the Bath apartment market. The Apartment Company worked with our home stager to produce professional photographs and a stunning brochure.
    Sharon was superb in terms of getting viewers and giving us prompt feedback after viewings so we felt well informed at all times. The sale was very quick and we received personal care and attention.

    I have sold a number of apartments through this Company over the last few years and find them consistently responsive, knowledgeable about their specialist field and entirely honest in their dealings with buyer and seller. It is important to understand exactly how things are going and not be seduced by some agents' habit of "talking things up", first to get your business and then to pacify you when viewings aren't going well. In this difficult market, I have appreciated the Apartment Company's clear and sensible approach, helping me make the best decisions and will continue to use them as my agent of choice.

    I turned to The Apartment Company after using another agent, I only wish I used them sooner!!

    It was apparent form the beginning that they knew their market very well. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and were only too pleased to help when I had any questions.
    The whole process was very smooth and I think one of the most important factors is that they instil confidence through their knowledge of the current market, a realistic asking price and the fact that they kept in contact with all updates - which is so important.

    Overall the service was superb and as I said, I only wished I had used them from the beginning.

    A big thank you especially to Peter Greatorex and Ben Hansell.

    Realistic and good valuation Sold in record time and received close to asking price. Always there to help the sale along the way and made it a fairly stress free process. Really pleased with the brochures and the news paper adverts they make your property stand out from the competition. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them next time.

    I chose to give sole agency to the Apartment company, because they have a unique approach to marketing, and only target people looking for apartments - and I was not disappointed, my flat was under offer very quickly, and I expect
    to sign the contract in the next few days. Their marketing included sending a professional photographer who really
    knew what he was doing, and produced beautiful photos of the property.

    Since they found a buyer, they have kept in touch, giving me regular updates, I would (and have) recommend them to
    anyone wanting an estate agent who is profession and honest.

    I should like to record our experience of instructing the Apartment Company, in the letting of our flat.
    From the beginning, they were extremely helpful and forthcoming with advice, specifically concerning our flat and generally over matters relating to it.
    Their instruction to let our flat came about because we had purchased it through them ! During the purchase process we had been so impressed by their professionalism that we wanted them to act this time for us!

    We found the Apartment Company to be effective, friendly and they managed to maintain interest in our property even when it took a while to sell. We moved to The Apartment Company from another local agent and found that viewings came in a steady stream whereas they had tailed off with our previous agent. We were not pressured into accepting offers we did not feel were at the right level and when we asked for some advice to make our flat more appealing they gave us some good tips which we could do for minimal costs and made a huge difference. If we had another apartment to sell I would use this agent again. The service was personal, efficient and calls were always returned.
    Thank you to Ben and the team for your help and optimism at what was sometimes a frustrating time!

    Fantastic service throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent with rapid replies to any questions or problems. Slightly higher commission rate than other agents but definitely worth it. If you are selling an apartment or flat DO NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE! We used several agents prior to The Apartment Company and wasted a lot of time! Yes they had lower commission rates but the people who came to view our property were totally wrong! Comments like, I want my own garden, its a bit over looked, its nothing like my last house!!! IT'S AN APARTMENT! We had lots of viewings but pretty much all of them were a waste of time and effort! The Apartment company only shows people who want an apartment, no more, no less. It's not rocket science although having the experience of using other estate agents, maybe it is! As you can imagine from this review I would definitely recommend them. If the commission rate was slightly lower all the better but in the scheme of things we were happy to pay it if it meant getting a sale.

    My flat had been on the market for three years and activity was virtually non existant with the previous estate agent. I found the apartment company from a direct mail and appointed them and within six weeks I had more viewings than in than in the previous year. Liz was thorough, effieicent and realsitic which helped enormously. She sold it with the minimum of fuss and kept me posted at all times.

    The agent reacted well to our brief and presented us with a selection of properties that met our seach criteria. She conducted the visits in a punctual, professional and friendly manner and did not attempt to overclaim property benefits or waste time with counter arguements if it was clear we were not interested.
    When we found a property we liked she acted in a wholly professional manner within the priorities of all interested parties and was prompt and effective in ensuring a satisfactory outcome was achieved for said parties.
    Sharon was equally pro active in ensuring solicitors acted promptly and her advice on certain matters arrising from the search was pragmatic and welcome. She also added value over and above the property sale by introducing us to a builder and facilitating a separate sale of some of the vendor's furniture.
