   We have recently taken a property through Tenant Link and I must say that they provided a great service for us. Tenant Link went out of their way to show us all of their properties that matched our requirements. . I must admit that Tenant Links standard of properties was much better than the other agents we have seen this year. The lady who Showed us around the properties was Sophia and she was so friendly and she explained the breakdown of costs before we paid anything. We then met with Jacky and Janine who provided us with sample contracts (which we had 28days to read unlike most Agents in Southampton who make you sign there and then!!!!) and was provided with invoices and documents that were helpful.
   We now have everything ready for our new house and we can't wait to move in.

   I had quite a lot of problems with the property when I moved in; no shower for over 4 days, the heaters didn't work, and they did not fixed them, however they let me a small electric heater during my tenancy.
   I never gave them any problems, so didn't have to much contact with the agency after the first few disastreous weeks.
   The property was quite dirty when I moved in, and I had to clean it myself. The bathroom was cover on limescale impossible to clean after so long. Now I left the property,and obviously I could no clean that limescale, they are not giving me back the full deposit. I have been renting for the last 10 years, and I always got my money back, except this time.

   I was a student at the University of Southampton and lived in a tenant link property in my first year and they were fine, landlord was good and helpful and deposit was returned in full. For my final year however they charged as

   I have lived in a Tenant Link property for over three years and have just moved out. They were very efficient and dealt with any problems we had during our tenancy really quickly. We were really pleased to receive our deposit back in full and really quickly after we moved out. We're really sorry to be leaving our home with Tenant Link and couldn't recommend them enough.

   They have lied about the landlord and the current tenants, they then used what we had said against us in a dispute with the current tenants and also tried to fob us off when they re let the property that we had signed for and paid for.

   Please stay far far away.
