   Estate agent failed to keep appointment for viewing as arranged and agreed the previous evening. Thankfully the owners were at home to show me around. No message advising of any cancellation on mobile before or after. Same estate agent also failed to send me details of property via email as promised.

   Pure incompitence from day one. Maria seemed to have no idea what she was doing and repeatedly asked for documents that we had already provided then another member of staff would advise us that everything was fine.
   They then waited until the very day before we were due to move to tell us that there were several more documents they needed from us and almost entirely made us lose the property.
   WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   After our contract expired, my wife and I left the property in prestine condition. The letting agency refused to release our bond until after a month had gone by. After a month they released only a fraction of our bond, claiming they needed to replace certain items, no notification was ever given, no explanation was ever given and no receipt was ever presented. When i raised the issues with the abovementioned, all i got was excuses and outright lies. If possible DO NOT deal with Taylor Estates, but if unavoidable be warned, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR BOND RETURNED.

   I can not put into words without getting VERY upset about the unprofessional and poor service from this company. What I can say is I took it all the way to the Property Ombudsman after being Bulls**ted at all levels of this organisation. They found in favour of us on ALL comments.

   They were ordered to pay us compensation by the 7th Feb 2012.

   The payment has not arrived and when chased by the ombudsman they said it had been paid into an account on the 17th/18th Jan. This was very interesting as Taylors did not have any of our bank details. When chased again and after we had to prove that not payment had been received, they said that a cheque had been sent .... to the wrong address !!!! YEAH RIGHT!!!

   Yet another lie and measure of their incompetence .... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

   Ive sold a property with Taylors Patchway. They didnt consult me and when I was on holiday they asked my ex husband to cut wires from all cables in the house without my consent! This is not the first time they have done this!
   Their service is poor, they havent sent out a description form for the property for 6 weeks for my ex husband to sign even though it is against the mis descriptions act!
   They also didnt contact me for 6 weeks with any feedback on viewings. They are very keen for you to use their solicitors even though they are more than twice the price of a local solicitor.

   They do not apologise for any of their mistakes therefore I would not recommend you use them as their customer service is extremely poor.

   Taylors estate agents, do not listen to what you want from a property, they will give your properties completely out of your price range, will constantly phone you and push you to view. They tell you lots of people are interested in the property when they are not, to try and make a sale. Do NOT let them push you!!

   This is what happened to me: I put an offer in on a property, it was accepted and all the paper work came through (contract) and then I had a completion date of when I had to pay by and they took a higher offer even though they accepted my offer and everything was signed. And I had not reached the completion date. This is unacceptable!!!

   The only estate agent phoning me with regular updates. Honest, pleasant, professional. Eventually bought my house through a different agent but from all agents I dealt with (more than 15!) Taylors were the best.

    Very pushy and didn't listen when asking for sales particulars for properties. Felt uncomfortable from the moment I stepped in the office
