My experience of Tate Partnership was very disappointing. They had a real bias for the landlord and showed no customer care. When the boiler broke in the middle of winter there was no apology nor no out of hours service. There were a lot of hidden and unnecessary costs. The way the handled the end of tenancy was incredibly poor, they caused a lot of problems. In my opinion be very careful of them if renting a property.
