I went through the Yeovil office. The letting agent was scatty as hell. Couldnt spell anything right and took AGES to do something which should have taken 2 days max. Everything has been messed up (including my job) because they are lazy bints.
I paid ALL my money upfront (deposit, months rent and admin fee money) and they still had the cheek to treat me shockingly bad.

Yes
I found them to be honest and very helpful (not bullies as mentioned in other email - depends on the individual I suppose). The transaction was painless and smooth, and if/when we sell, we will certainly use them. They were very helpful in our property search, and went the extra mile, unlike most other Dorset agents.
