   All staff at this branch of Symonds Reading gave exceptionally good service, but especially Chris, who was tireless in keeping me informed and chasing up solicitors, others in the chain, etc. I was very impressed and will definitely use Symonds Reading again, should I decide to sell.    After using Symonds and Reading for purchasing our first house, we had no doubts who to use when the time came to sell. Both Steve and Chris couldn't do enough to make a potentially difficult sale as smooth as possible. We feel their valuation was accurate and not overinflated to try and get our business (like some agents have been known to do). Contact throughout our sale was regular, and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. Very impressed, would definitely use them again and recommend them as an excellent estate agent.

   service they offer. I like independent agents that care about building
   relationships with customers for the long term. Having used Symonds & Reading for various
   developments they understand how to market new builds and conversions for
   maximum impact. While also achieving quality quantified offers. Keep up the

   From the start the service was excellent, the valuation was fast and accurate, viewings were always punctual and detailed.

   Having viewed several properties through many different estate agents we were immediately struck by how professional, knowledgable and personable Symonds & Reading were compared to the all the other estate agents who'd shown us properties. This professionalism and dedication continued right through the purchase process as Steve Boone actively kept all parties informed, chased solicitors and other agents and generally kept the chain going. At what was a fairly stressful time we were very grateful for all his effort and committment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

   We have just bought our first house through Symonds & Reading and can highly recommend them as estate agents. Steve Boone who we dealt with was brilliant at keeping us up to date with what was happening in the chain and at moving things along as quickly as possible. We will definately use them when the time comes to buy a bigger house.

   My wife and I went to Symonds and Reading because they were recommended to us by a friend, and we were not disappointed. Chris and Steve were very helpful throughout the sale of my mum's house. We are using them again for selling our house. Nothing is too much trouble, they are helpful, but not pushy. Very satisfied with their performance. would recommend to anyone.

   The initial viewing was handled well, engaged and helpful.
   The purchasing process was complicated by the seller being the Church of England and our chain delaying, but Symonds and Reading acted professional throughout. I was impressed with the way the agent ensured we kept the momentum and ensured all parties were kept informed.

   My partner and I were buying our first home, went round viewing lots of different properties with lots of different agents, but Symonds & Reading really stood out. The viewings were brilliant, really informative and by far the best we received. The staff couldnt be more helpful from start to finish and were happy to take our calls concerning any part of the buying process. Would highly recommend them especially first time buyers.

   I can't thank the staff enough for the tremendous effort they put in to make the purchase of our flat a smooth one.    I really can't praise these agents highly enough, they worked beyond the call of duty to ensure our purchase went through to completion. I received continuous updates and advice, and never had to chase up anything myself. Would absolutely use again and strongly recommend to others in the area.

    Symonds and Reading provided a polite,prompt and diligent service. We experienced several severe delays with our buyer and the agent had to liaise with the buyer and others almost on a daily basis for some weeks , before finally resolving issues with the Agent's help. The Agent even kept us in touch with developments whilst we were on holiday in Greece ! In summary a very professional approach was adopted and we would not hesitate to use this Agent again.

   I have used Symonds & Reading both as a seller and as a buyer. As a buyer: I found Symonds & Reading extremely helpful in keeping me up-to-date with what was happening and where we were this was back in 2006.

   In March 2011 I had to sell my flat because I was moving out of the area. I had various other estate agents around, including Symonds & Reading. I choose Symonds & Reading because I trusted what they said, over the others and because I felt comfortable with them acting as the agents.
