This agency is a terrible example of bad practice. I had the misfortune to deal directly with Mr Luke Bennett of SW19 whilst trying to sell my flat. He owned the freehold to the building, and used this as a way of extorting money from me. On one occasion he wanted to charge me a considerable amount of money simply to provide a copy of the buildings insurance policy. When I visited his office, he had the document in his desk, but still refused to provide me a copy. The sale eventually went through, but at considerable added cost and inconvenience. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Terrible. Just terrible.
I wish I'd read these reviews before using them - as one of the previous ones said, they're arrogant in their dealings with you. Once they snare you, it's almost impossible to get any money out of them. They just keep stalling and stalling.
Rude and dismissive.
Would NEVER use them again. DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.

Utterly utterly shoddy outfit. Avoid at all costs:
1. They alway act in their own interests, and yours come second.
2. They are arrogant - their whole approach from the moment you sign on the dotted line and they have you is to forget that you have commissioned them to act on your behalf and that they work for you, not the other way around.
3. They are very prompt in emailing you when it's in their interests, but take several emails and calls before they will respond to a query that they don't want to answer. Their answers are perfunctory and an insult to your intelligence.

Arrogant, cocky and rude - rushed us through 3 properties in 45 mins and the agent spent most of his time on his mobile, whilst driving!
Would never go back to them - useless and completely unorganised. Suprising considering at the time of viewing we were smack bang in the middle of a recession. The agent we met with directly after SW19, we used.
