   I was in a position of having to find a property to rent rather quickly as the sale of my own home was lightening quick from exchange of contracts. Sally was very professional, helpful and always returned my calls swiftly. I am grateful to Sally Asling for her ability to get through the red tape without the unnecessary steps which other letting agents were passing on. I appreciate the unique approach Sally and her team have, and certainly, if I am in the position of renting again would not hesitate to use her services. Additionally, I will most definitely use her when I become a landlord. Thank you Surrey Lets and keep up the great work.

   I live in a world of ‘speak as you find’ and SurreyLets, without any shadow of doubt, is the most efficient and professional of any estate agent I have dealt with over the past 20-years. Sally, the ever-resourceful Director of SurreyLets, is always polite and, thus far, has always managed to find a new tenant for us in a timely manner.

   I am a Landlord with a property to Let in Cobham, Surrey. I first used SurreyLets in 2009 and have now just let my property for the third time through SurreyLets. SurreyLets are refreshingly different in their approach to Letting and really go out of their way to offer a service that is personal to us. Not only were SurreyLets more competitive on price than the high street (this is because they are an online letting agent and don’t have the overheads, yet are still members of ARLA etc) but you get honesty from them, a rare thing from Letting Agents. We have always dealt with Sally Asling who has always given us prompt updates, good advice and has let the property three times now for us, all to good tenants. I would not hesitate recommending Sally Asling / SurreyLets if you are letting a property.

   I recently let my property through SurreyLets. SurreyLets certainly stands out from the crowd as being refreshing and different with a focus on being able to treat me as an individual. SurreyLets founf me a tenant with my time frames and got a good price for the property. We are really pleased with our tenants too. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated.

   I have used several different letting agents in the past, and all have been useless. SurreyLets have been like a breath of fresh air. Not only is Sally, Director of SurreyLets, knowledgeable and helpful she is incredibly enthusiastic about her job and also goes the extra mile. While other letting agents are full of excuses, poor communication and blame culture, SurreyLets are open, honest and very proactive. I wish other agencies would take note of how they should run their business, it would make being a landlord much easier. If you have a property to let in Surrey I would highly recommend you speak to Sally at SurreyLets.

   I am so glad that I found Sally to be part of my team! As a full time professional residential Landlady, I regard good lettings agents as gold dust, and Sally is a real diamond. It is important to me that the Lettings Agent I choose to work with are a reflection of me and my personal ethics and values. Sally is so experienced, so professional, and treats tenants with the respect that I require. Sally will always be my choice of lettings agent in the Surrey area and I highly recommend her excellent personal and professional service.

   We rented a property in East Horsely which was managed by Surrey Lets between 2009 and 2010. Throughout that time they were nothing but helpful, responsive, polite and fair in their dealings with us. Issues were always resolved very quickly and with the minimal amount of fuss. Sally Asling, our property manager, in particular was a pleasure to deal with - very professional but friendly with it. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Lets and should we become landlords ourselves in future they - and Sally in particular - would be our first port of call. Thank you Surrey Lets

   Very, very, very rude, unhelpful,and extremely unprofessional!
   Could'nt believe how I was treated.
   I was in touch with them for 2 1/2 weeks and never in that time did they call me back, like they said they would, or e-mail me details, also like they said they would.
   Talk about first impressions, imagine trying to deal with them throughout your tenancy.
   No thanks! Shocking! Stay away!
