Jon is quite simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with! He made the whole process of finding a new tenant so easy (of course the people at Streets Ahead who work behind the scenes and contribute to this process are fantastic too). Extremely pleased with the high quality of customer service I received at Streets Ahead!!
Earlier in the day I missed a pre-scheduled flat viewing due to the incompetency of another local letting agency. Feeling disheartened I explored other letting agencies in the area and each time was greeted with a negative and de-motivating response. Feeling disheartened I stumbled upon Streets Ahead and this time had the pleasure of being greeted by John Claustres; a warm, bubbly and enthusiastic agent who proved efficient in taking my details and within minutes had arranged a viewing. Despite being late in the day, he was patient and did not pressure me into making any rash decisions. However, when I agreed to put down a deposit he once again proved to be efficient at completing the paperwork, explaining the small print and making me feel relaxed and comfortable. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Thank you John and thank you Streets Ahead for finding me my new home. 8-)

Matt Johnson was absoloutely brilliant in the way he dealt with us. We felt straight away that we were dealing with a "friend" that we could trust which stands in stark contrast to the stereotypes that exist for estate agents . He understood exactly what we were looking for and he was cheerful, helpful, open, hard working and highly obliging. He put himself at our disposal at all sorts of odd moments for which we are very grateful for.

Two contracts were arranged quickly and efficently in the past twelve months.

Dealing with an estate agencies is never pleasant, cause they're assholes which care only about their profit, but Joe Reeves added a touch of humanity to the whole process :-)

Joe Reeves from Streets Ahead was particularly helpful during our property search. We had a flat fall through on a Friday and by the Monday Joe had a new property waiting for us to view. We then moved in the following Friday, now that is service!

Worst agency ever, they treat you well until they take your money, then its all downhill from there, Alison, Kirsty, Morgan, they are the worst, they never returned our calls or emails, never returned our deposits until we threatened them with legal action. Streets Ahead is a perfect example of those corporates who treat their customers very badly.

I found all branches of Streets Ahead to be very proactive in their approach to finding and vetting tenants and they let all three properties I had on the market and I would defiantly use them again.

Matt Johnson was very helpful and informative right the way through the moving process, deserving his five star rating. However, the company has a bizarre policy whereby you have to travel all the way to their New Addington base to sign the contract, rather than the area you are moving to. This is extremely difficult if you work late hours and they were unable to compromise. I was not at all impressed with staff at this location (New Addington) and would advise against using them if I or a friend was looking for a property in their locality.

We are in awe of Jonathan Claustres in your Crystal Palace Lettings Department! We spoke to him only yesterday and today he has found us a lovely professional couple as tenants for our property. What efficient service! He was very professional and so helpful and he listened carefully to all of our needs. We can't thank him enough as we have had a pretty rough ride with the last tenant (not sent from Streets Ahead!) We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jon and Streets Ahead to any Landlords who are looking to find a suitable Agent for their letting requirements. Definitely the best Agents in town! Use them! You won't be sorry :)))

Jon at the Crystal Palace branch of Streets Ahead did a great job of finding a place for my wife and I to rent. We were quite demanding and picky about the type of property and location we were looking for. We saw about 4 properties with Jon...all were very good but the first three just didn't quite tick all the boxes. Jon didn't give up (I couldn't blame him if we did) and finally found us the perfect house, all within 2 weeks of me initially setting foot in their Crystal Palace branch. We're delighted with our new home and owe a lot to Jon and the team at Streets Ahead. This was my first dealing with them and I would definitely recommend them.

well what can I say Streets are absolutly fantastic so many people to thank where do I start.
Streets were proffessional and freindly all through which was a difficult sale. Thanks to Jayne and Bonnie in croydon who worked thier socks off for us to get bthings going. Luke who sold our house for us Emma at premier who reasured us every step of the way during a stressful time , for anyone looking to sell thier home go through them and thier conveyancers you will not be disapointed big hugs to all at croydon and again massive thanks.

I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from Streets Ahead who sold my property of my behalf without me ever meeting any of them. All my calls & emails were dealt with promptly & efficiently, irrespective of which member of staff I spoke with.
However, once the sale had been agreed Jayne Best proved to be a complete star. She kept the process moving, whether by chasing up solicitors or buyer & I was always kept informed at every stage. Despite having never met her, I would definately want to employ her; she is the asset that all client liaison focused companies would love to have.

Trying to find a decent 1 bed or studio in South East London is difficult at the best of times. Trying to find one with a tight budget and time frame in mind doesn't make the situation any easier. Having tried a few different agencies I happened to speak with Jon Claustres at Streets Ahead. Not only did he keep me constantly updated but was extremely patient, friendly and gave honest advice on the rental market at the moment. Needless to say the day after initially speaking with him I've signed a contract and am due to move in next week. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I would never recommend them, not only they rip you off with the "administration" and check-in fees but they WILL stop caring when they get your money, had problems with the property and took them ages to fix it, once I left my leaving notice they completely ignored my calls and emails afterwards. Do your best to completely avoid them.

In February 2011 we decided to buy a property in Croydon. After a couple of disappointing viewings experiences I suggested trying Streets Ahead as I had noticed that they seemed to be Verry successfull in the area.
Lucy has arranged few viewing in the area,(great& frendly help)and in a couple of weeks here we are with the offer which has been accepted.
We've been then passed to Jane Best which throughout the process she kept us fully informed and provided great advice.She is fantastic and made the whole experience almost enjoyable evan if it took us half a year to get completion.She's been always readily available to talk to and you kept me updated at every step for over 5 mounts.We would not hesitate to recommend Jane Best to anyone because the service was second to none from start to finish.

Streets Ahead are one of the most hard working agents that I have seen. They were available all days of the week and all hours of the day to show us around properties when I was looking to rent.
Chrissie Thompson was the lettings negotiator I mostly dealt with and she is wonderful with a great understanding of the area and local facilities.When an offer for one of the properties we liked turned sour due to difficulties with the landlord, Chrissie however helped us sort it out and promptly returned our holding deposit.
Definitely recommended.

I would recommend Streets Ahead, Crystal Palace. I decided to use them to help find a tenant and manage the property and they have always been helpful and informative and have gone out of their way to find me a tenant.
