Dealt with Rochelle and she was absolutely amazing, she went really out of her way to help us and when we chose to go for a property with another agent, she was most professional and still helped us with further queries I had, and with a smile!

PRO's
Good for a quick sale at any price. Agent showing clients around are very good, they actually sell the property rather than just open doors.CONs
Poor description on Rightmove, they failed to mention flat comes with allocated parking space, ladder & attic, and close to a tube station (despite asking them to change it 4 times). Not flexible with fees/comm even if selling to first & only person to view property.CONCLUSION

I've been using Streets ahead from Crystal Palace since 1 and a half year as i am renting my flat due to my transfer abroad.I am a retailer myself so i know well what a service to customer means and at the end of the day it's not the Branch that you have to judge, it's the person or people you are dealing with. So I had a bad and good experiences with them but at the end someone is dealing now in a very professional manners with my flat. So I will recommend that if you are not happy with someone then try someone else and not somewhere else.

Management at the Crystal Palace branch have allowed a culture of poor customer service, no communication and tardiness to fester amongst their staff.
Having seen a property that we were interested in through their Croydon branch we were (laughingly with reference to this website) encouraged to put our property up for sale via the Crystal Palace branch.
19 visits (2 preliminary and 17 viewings) took place and Streets Ahead staff were late to 17 of them, on one occasion 45 minutes late. No apologies and no phone calls were forthcoming.

My wife and I just completed our sale through Streets Ahead. The property was purchased through them and based on the excellent service we received 4 years ago we decided to sell also via them. I can tell you that it was a good decision as the team were very efficient and prompt in everything. The sales team and progression team are very professional and committed to ensuring that the best deal is achieved. I would recommend using them again. Thanks goes to Loren, Lucy, Asad and Marina for their hard work in ensuring every prospective buyer was screened amd accompanied on all viewings. With Sincere Thanks for going above the call of duty, I must commend Zoe Tickner from Streets Ahead in Crystal Palace for being exceptional in following through on her promises.
With so many agents not worth their salt, I found dealing with Zoe a breath of fresh air, as she simplified matters as best as possible, followed through when she said she would, and was genuinely committed to finding me a place, and that is well worth the commendation for when most agents were looking for a sale, she took the time to find me something that she knew would be suited to me.

Go through Streets Ahead made the whole process of buying our first property so much easier. They were on hand at all times to answer any queries we had and always responded to us straight away. The sales progression team were particulalry good and were able to sort out any queries straight away. I would definittely use them again.

My husband and I have just exchanged and due to complete very shortly on a sale and purchase which were both marketed through Streets Ahead. From start to finish we have found them to be extremely efficient, with excellent communication. From the first point of contact with the valuer through to the progressing of the sale once offers had been accepted we have nothing but praise. In particular Anne Ridge has done over and above what would normally be expected of an agent and in a very difficult situation has not only been proactive in keeping all parties on the boil but has been extremely supportive to myself and my husband throughout. I would recommend her and Streets Ahead to any potential client.

Very good, professional service. We spoke with a number of other agents and although SA were not the cheapest (or gave us the highest valuation) they inspired us with the most confidence that they could sell our property, which they did.
Special thanks to Jayne Best, the sales progressor, who was excellent and really kept the transaction moving along by communicating with all sides and keeping everyone up to date with what was going on. The sale simply would not have completed so quickly and efficiently without her assistance.

Im a first time buyer and had been looking for the perfect flat. I had gone through purchasing a flat and it fell through. It made flat hunting again a dismal thought :( but once I got in touch with Streets Ahead in Croydon it all started to look a lot better.
I would just like to say a big thank you to Caroline who showed me round numerous flats and was a great help in finding me the perfect flat.
I would also like to say thank you to Jayne Best, who is the sales progressor and has gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping me with the final details of purchasing my flat.

I used Streets Ahead to sell my house and take care of the legal side of things. They kept me informed from start to finish they were very friendly and professional. The house went on the market and the first lot of viewings I had an offer. Many thanks to the sales team for getting the right people to view my property. I was then passed on to Anne who kept me up to date on any matters. Whilst Anne was on holiday Jayne took over and rang or emailed me and kept me well informed. The legal side of the sale was handled by tony smoothly. I had a stress free sale and I would use then again and highly recommend them. Many thanks to Streets Ahead from a very satisfied customer.

Having recently rented a propeerty through Streets Ahead I had a mixed experince which would have been average if it hadnt been for Syreeta who despite being extremely busy and took the time to see it ran smoothly until the pre move in stuff started to go wrong with all the back office staff saying it wasnt their job or they would get someone to call me back which never happened - Syreeta then asked Nikki to look after it and thank god I had someone professional to deal with. Two accomplished people surrounded it would seem with chaos - thanks to you both.

Having a progressions team is an excellent idea.
I had a particularly difficult purchase and if it were not for Anne Ridge providing me with regular updates and well needed advice I am certain I would have pulled out.

I have never been in the situation of selling and buying a property before and was very apprehensive about the whole process. Jola from Crystal Palace valued my house, taking time to inform me about the market, what buyers wanted and realistic advice. John the mortgage advisor was amazing, his help and advise was invaluable, a service I hadnt even thought about, and could not have completed without him. After the offer was accepted Jayne from Croydon took over the after sales process. She was dedicated in finding out the position of all buyers and sellers along the chain ensuring we all moved towards exchange and completion. She worked incredibly hard and is an asset to Streets ahead!

Streets Ahead have been my rental agent for 4 years, they have always managed to find me a tenant although, in the past I have been less than impressed with the service but continued to use them as they knew the property details. I recently had the need to use them again and received an excellent service from Nikki Grewal, this girl went over and above my expectations, she was professional, efficient and always came back to me and dealt with all my queries. I will continue to use Streets Ahead because of the great service I had from Nikki, is she leaves then I will too.

I was very happy with the service from Streets Ahead when purchasing. They were always very quick in getting back to me and provided clear and helpful answers.
When looking for a property, Oliver from the Purley branch very quickly picked up on the what we wanted from a property and only showed us houses that he considered would be suitable. He was very flexible with viewing times, accommodating our schedule and showing us properties over the weekends (bank holidays included).
After the purchase was agreed, we dealt with Jayne, the sales progressor from the Addiscombe branch. She was incredibly helpful with the purchase process and worked very hard to resolve issues quickly so that we could proceed quickly. Jayne also provided very helpful advice on how to speed up our sale, even though that was not registered with Streets Ahead.
I'd recommend Streets Ahead for their no-nonsense and friendly approach.

I recently bought a flat through the Crystal Palace branch. They negotiated a very good price for me, and then went on to find me tenants in super-quick time, also acheiving an asking price rent.
Their office is open early till late, which was very useful when I needed to go along and drop keys etc off after work during the week.
Their letting service has just taken over the full tenant management of the flat, and judging by their performance so far, I have complete confidence in their knowledge and ability to look after it for me (I've used a few in the past and its apparent very quickly if an agent isn't aware of all that letting a property entails).I have found everyone I've dealt with to be very hard-working, courteous and friendly. All in all, a very positive experience. Particular thanks to Nick, Mohammed, Nikki and Jola!

The minute I spoke to Loren Mann I knew I would be in safe hands finding a property, After many viewings and being very patient with with me the dream place was found. Then a lovely lady called Anne Ridge took over my case to ensure the flow was kept from survey to exchange to completion. The process was pretty speedy and she had been a great support for a nervous first buyer. Anne is still helping me with a few niggling little bits. I would also recommend the in house solicitors Anthony Leonard it speeds your purchase up.

They are incredibly aggressive and always on the job. I used to get calls on Sundays and Bank holidays about property availability. My heartfelt thanks to the Streets Ahead team, notably, Jayne Best, Progressor and Azad Aziz (the person who took us to the property), especially Jayne for her patience and skill in dealing with all the parties, the lawyers, the vendor and of course, us!!!

Streets ahead got us our first property matching all our requirements. The team there is excellent. They made the whole process very easy and effortless. We used all their services including mortgage advisor and solicitors and found them extremely efficient. What can I say a complete shower. Their lettings manger seems clueless and hardly ever returns phone calls. He told my tenant (who is refusing to move out) that he could stay longer and the money would be knocked off his deposit!! No communication no help at all and I get charged

We complained via email to Streets Ahead MD Bob May (we got his details from All Agents) who delegated our complaint down, not even acknowledging receipt of our email. Two attempts were made to contact us when it was inconvenient. Nothing since in nearly two weeks.
Streets Ahead obviously realised that we were extremely unhappy with their service as our For Sale board was removed two days after we made our complaint.
We were prospective sellers, have been put off by our experience, and would never use Streets Ahead again, nor recommend them.
