From the start of my dealings with Streets Ahead, I was impressed by their manner of dealing with people. The valuation was done by Jo who was very thorough when it came to taking photos and very particular about the layout of what she took to ensure she got the best photos. Jack was the main agent that dealt with my property and he was excellent throughout. He worked tirelessly to try and find the right people to view the property. There is nothing worse than tidying the house for people to come around that are just time wasting but Jack always ensured that the people that came round were right for the property and in a good position to proceed. I was also impressed that all viewings were accompanied. In the final negotiations, Jack even worked up to 10:00pm on a Saturday night to ensure the deal. They were professional, honest and hard working - I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I was introduced to Bonnie Pooley, our “Sales Progressor” whilst finalising our property purchase.

This was not our first property purchase; therefore I was rather dubious about what value a “Sales Progressor” would actually add.

How wrong was I to doubt, Bonnie Pooley turned the exchange /completetion of contracts into a simple and surprisingly stress free task.

It was as if Bonnie absorbed the tension from what the typical buyers would normally encounter and made our purchase virtually stress free ride.

On searching for an agent to let my property in Anerley, SE20, I chose several agents to get the feel of what I should expect as a first time landlord, from more that one agent, after meeting with the representatives of these agents, including Nick Durkin from streets ahead, I decided my property would be best advertised with this company for the following reasons, Honesty, Professionalism, non pushy sales talk, promptly returned phone calls, Nick just explained what the company is able to do for me.
I was told that I should have a tenant within a couple of weeks, however, within hours, I was meeting potential tenants, After several days, i was introduced to tenants which seemed to be fitting exactly to my desired description of what i'd imagined would be they ideal tenants.
My experience with streets ahead was also good as the services that are offered with the letting side of things are offered to you rather than pushed on you.
I would recommend Streets ahead lettings in Crystal palace and look forward to enjoying my new let property.

I appointed Streets Ahead as a joint agent after having no joy with another sole agency for 3 months. They got over a dozen viewings for my property in a week, and had me two offers in a fortnight, one of which from Marina was acceptable from a cash buyer. Jayne kept on top of the sale progress, and was very proactive in getting the putchaser to exchange, and Patrick negotiated hard for me over some amendments the purchaser wanted. All very swiftly and efficiently done, with completion to be done in less than four months from my instructions to them.

Just wanted to write a noteabout the fantastic experience I had with streets ahead in Crystal Palace. Joe was very patient and helpful when I was looking for my perfect pad, taking time to understand and respond to my fussiness! Then, when I found the place I was looking for, he went out of his way to make the moving in process run as painlessly as possible, smoothing over any issues which arose with professionalism, honesty and a sense of humour!
This company was a pleasure to do business with and I'll definitely be looking to them again when the time rolls around to up sticks again.

I have used Streets Ahead several times and have always been very impressed with the customer service I have received. From start to finish of the process of buying my recent property nothing has been too much trouble. Marina Steel at the Addiscombe Branch has always gone that extra mile. The whole team at Addiscombe have made the process of buying smooth and easy but Marina stood out as both very professional and her wealth of experince shows.

We were delighted with the service provided by Streets Ahead. The offer on our property came quickly and matched our expectations.

We have had outstanding service from Bonnie, our sales progressor, who has been the main point of contact. Sometimes our sale hasn't been very straight-forward but all the way through the processs, Bonnie has kept us informed and pro-actively chased solicitors and vendors to keep things moving. We needed someone on our side and Bonnie has been there for us up to our successful exchange.

I was really impressed with all the help I got from Bonnie, at times proceedings were moving very slowly but she was extreemly helpful and kept me up to date constantly which was great.
She chased the sellers constantly as well as thier solicitors so eventually we were able to exchange.

I was really please with how quickly I was able to view the property int he first place, and to arrange a second veiwing the following day was great.

I would use Streets ahead again and recommend them to my friends if need be :)

I dealt with Loren Mann in my search for a property. Whilst my wife and I have yet to decide to buy, I can say out of the 10 or so agents I canvassed with in Croydon and surrounding areas, Loren was definitely one of the most on the ball.

I am a busines development manager, and would like to think I can definitely spot good sales people, and people good at their job generally...Loren struck me as one of them. I will be sure to drop her a line when we are ready to take the plunge.

Today I finally exchanged after a very long 8 months ! I only have my Estate Agent (Bonnie Pooley at Streets Ahead) to thank for this. Throughout the process of the sale, she has been nothing but a delight to deal with, she has kept the sale moving and more importantly always reassured me that we would get to exchange eventually. It is because of Bonnie's hard work and perseverance we finally have exchanged !!

Please note that this is a review of the services of Gemma Sobey at Streets Ahead in Purley (previously Croydon), not necessarily the estate agency itself.

Gemma has been invaluable in our search for our first house to buy. She understood how important our first home together was to us, and really listened to what we were looking for and tailored our viewings around our requirements and schedules. She is enthusiastic and proactive without being pushy, she dealt quickly and efficiently with a couple of issues that arose, and she has the patience of a saint!

We are putting our search on hold for the moment as an opportunity has arisen abroad, but if that falls through, we will be calling Gemma straight away to ask for her expert help in continuing our search. We know that she is the estate agent who will find us our perfect home.

I used Streets Ahead in Crystal Palace to let our my house. I was moving to America and had very little time to let the house out. The service was very professional; they understood our needs and worked with us to get the house let as soon as possible. I was already given feedback from all viewings and given suggestions on what can be done to make the letting more appealing.

Once the tenant was fund, we were given full detail and all the reference was sent to us and they accommodated my requirements fully.

I would recommend this team, in particular due to the fact that the always communicated with me and worked with me.

I am currently in the process of buying my first property. I admit that I was a little dubious of estate agents and several others I visited in Crystal palace did little to change that feeling! Luckily, I then went to Streets Ahead. From the moment I visited their office I felt extremely well looked after. I have been dealing with Michael who has been totally brilliant from the start. He has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and yet never pushy, I genuinely felt as if he wanted to find the right place for me and was not just trying to force an above budget, unsuitable property my way (take note other agents!!). He took time to find out my situation and what I needed from a property, always kept me updated on any news, always been prompt to return calls, willing to fit viewings around my anti social work hours - he really has done everything possible to ease the (scary!) house buying process for me. I can't praise the service I've received from Streets Ahead enough, particularly Michael, thank you!

Streets Ahead (and Jo and Jack in particular) were not put off by our reticence when it came to buying our first home! They persevered and showed us a number of properties culminating in our lovely home. Bonnie from the South Croydon office managed the conveyancing process wonderfully and maintained regular contact throughout, always answering our calls and emails promptly and being generally very helpful! I bought the above property through streets ahead, from the first instance the agent was on it which was the best thing for a buyer to happen, firstly i was dealing with Lucy from lower addiscombe branch she was fentastic every phone call was promptly replied and all the quires was quickly delt with. We asked a few times for viewing and she would get in touch with the vendors asap and fix it for us. Had a very pleasent and enthusatic voice eveytime we called which was most important for us as a buyer as we felt very very comfortable speaking and dealing with her. After her Bonnie pooley sales progressor took over. She was also fentastic to deal with. She was totally on it from day one, as my property was a flat it was more complex with papers to deal with, but she was with us throught out untill the completion, every quirey was appropriately delt with. I had a very bad experience with other agent for another property before getting on to this so i was bit scared untill the completion but Lucy and bonnie made it easy advicing us at every level. I would really recommend this agent .
