I am quite impressed by the service provided by Streets Ahead, Croydon and in particular would like to commend our property manager and service advisor Ms Janice Smith. She is very pleasant to speak with and goes out of her way to provide top notch service. Her kindness, consideration, honesty and professional approach have impressed me and my family. Bonnie was the 'sales progressor' on our purchase of the above property. We were first time buyers and so were a little unsure about the various processes, timings and co-ordination of house buying. Once Bonnie introduced herself and explained what we could expect things started to become clearer. The buying process had a few glitches along the way (nothing to do with Streets Ahead or Bonnie) but Bonnie was excellent at liaising between ourselves and the vendor and the two sets of solicitors to smooth out the glitches. Bonnie was always professional, approachable and, importantly, contactable. She also was very good at pushing me when i needed to be pushed. I never felt she was working solely for the vendor and it felt very much like she was genuinely interested in getting both parties to the best and swiftest resolution as possible. Being our first property purchase we were slightly concerned about the bad press estate agents occasionally receive- but Bonnie and her approach and conduct completely allayed those fears.

Both staff members 'personalised' their role to my indivudual needs and returned my calls promptly and provided respectful but honest communication to most of the enquiries I had.
I felt supported as a landlady which is not often the case in the past, as landlords often get a bad wrap or have no help.I hope that this kind of service will continue whilst they manage my property.

We recently completed on an incredibly diffucult purchase which was arranged through Streets Ahead Land and New Homes. They delivered faultlessly through near impossible timescales and always had one step infront of even our solicitors. Their planning and development manager Matthew Couch was on hand every step of the way to advise us of potential problems and had solutions worked out for every eventuality. The new homes manager Graham had provided extremely accurate valuations of the 12 properties which enabled us to complete the purchase accordingly with minimum fuss.
We would have no doubt in recommending Streets Ahead to anyone looking to buy property in their area. It is a shame we cannot deal with such proffesional agents on every transaction.

I appreciated the straightforward advice I received from Patrick Donnelly on selling my flat, and was impressed by the fact that it came under offer within three weeks of being put on the market.
I also appreciated having a single point of contact at the office - Bonnie was always friendly and helpful, and able to answer all my queries.

I was very pleased with the customer service and personal efforts provided by Autumn. She was constantly in contact with me while the new property was under construction, providing with progress updates as and when required. Even though it was not totally my desire then to wait for uncompleted property, Autuumn had the skill to massage my interest sufficiently over the waiting period. That is commendable in deed.
I would certainly recommend Autuumn for a job well-done; indeed Streets Ahead to others in future services.

Janice has been a great support to me during the last few weeks. My husband died on 5th April 2012 and she has dealt with a very difficult situation on my behalf. Unfortunately the tenant of this property has behaved very badly and is causing a great deal of trouble. It is good to know that I have someone who can deal with what is obviously a very worrying situation for me at this difficult time. She has acted very professionally.
I would also like to mention Andrew who has been involved in trying to resolve the various issues this tenant has had. He has worked very hard to try to sort things for me.

When the property we wanted originally was no longer available he was ready to help with an alternative and guide us through the process of completing the referencing. I was very impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the Agent. They did not simply give you the feeling your search was important to them, it certainly was really the case.
I would recommend them because they combine the warmth of a small agency (you do not feel anonymous at all) and they have the skills of the best. They work together and are very reactive.
I'm very pleased and now I shall finish this review with an overall "Very well done" and take care of my removal :)

I had dealt with many estate agents trying to find the perfect property but my job made things difficult when it came to viewing properties, I finish quite late so I couldn't get to viewing until quite late in the evenings and because of this many of the other estate agents I had dealt with didn't want to entertain me!! I contacted streets ahead with regards to a property that I had seen, I spoke to a man called jon, I explained to him that I would like to view the property if it was still available, which it was, but I also explained my situation with working late and not being able to view it until late in the evening, and he said it wouldn't be a problem at all!! jon took me to see the property but unfortunately I didn't like it but he found another one for me and again took me on another late viewing and I loved it!! thank you so much for your time and your effort, one very happy customer!!

Overall I was very pleased with service that streets ahead provided when letting my property in Penge. I had a bad experience with another local agent and Nick, Jon and Matt have restored my faith in using estate agents. They provided me with regular feedback and went above what I expected on serval occasions including very late viewings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will certainly use them again.

The property was under offer, but the guy I spoke to mentioned that there were some other properties in the location that fitted my needs and price range. We registered with Streets Ahead in Selsdon after viewing a property on their books. The agent who met us at the viewing was just great - Lucy Day. She was intelligent about the area and the property, really insightful and so we decided to register with them. From their on, Lucy stayed in contact with us on a weekly basis. She would ring with new properties for us to consider and even properties that were just on the market and hadn't been advertised before. Sadly, we found our house through another agent but I wish, so wish it had been Streets Ahead. Lucy Day at Streets Ahead is worth contacting. She is proactive in finding properties, let's you be totally honest about what works and what doesn't in a property you have viewed, and has an engaging personality and sense of humour that keeps you going while searching for that dream house. Truly superb service.

We bought the house from Streets Ahead and after a bad experience with another agent, we decided to revert to Streets Ahead for our sale. Their marketing was not pushy but well-informed. The company's employees know the Croydon housing market well and set the price for our house at a sensible level.
The most impressive feature of the service offered was the appointment of a dedicated sales progressor, who helped to coordinate the process of raising and responding to enquiries rasied by our buyer. I can’t praise Streets Ahead at Crystal Palace with all their help and assistance with Letting my properly. Nick Durkin was my first point of contact and he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents I’d dealt with and spoken too. Jonathon Claustres kept me updated with all the flats viewings and feedback from prospective tenants and my faith was restored in estate agents! Jonathon even went the extra mile when I couldn’t be in the area for a delivery of a bed for my new tenants. I couldn’t have coped had he not of helped me out – the courier dumped the bed in the front garden and Jonathon carried it up to the 3rd floor flat himself, this is way over and above anything I’d ever heard of from an agent. Like I said I can’t recommend Streets Ahead in Crystal Palace enough so if you need a trustworthy agent look no further! Nick, Jon, Matt & bonnie have all been fantastic!!

Have just sold a property through Streets Ahead and cannot rate Bonnie Pooley, the Sales Progressor we dealt with highly enough. Incredibly patient, very honest, explained more to us than our conveyancers (who were appalling) did with regard to procedures/terms/etc... ,worked extremely hard chasing everyone involved and continuously kept us updated by email & telephone. Very professional and would happily leave a property sale/purchase in her capable hands in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Jonathan Claustres in locating a 1 bedroom property to rent, with the criteria of no more than 10 mins walk from a mainline station. John immediately located two properties for me to view, one of which exceeded my expectations in terms of size, but was unfortunately not near enough to a mainline train station.
