   Appalling. Have discovered they didn't bother with a check out/in between tenants (previous tenants have moved back to Australia!) so we have to put right and pay all costs for considerable damage. Wouldn't make payments on time; failed to get Gas Safety Check done, never able to contact them, didn't inform us of damp, a whole catalogue of disasters which we unwittingly paid them for each month!! . Have switched to another Letting Agent. Whatever you do....Avoid!

   Since Monique has left the service has been terrible, emails ignored, telephone calls with false promises and now the phone lines are cancelling my calls in and I cannot speak with anyone. I am having to go up to the office and post a letter through the door today to get someone to call me. I think stopping the rent is the only option so they will respond - the biggest issue is that there is no copy of the contract (I have been asking since we signed it and handed to them for a copy) and I want to speak with the landlord and do not know who they are as they never sent our contract back as promised. The gas certification is out of date, there is unattended damp that the landlord should know about and we have had electrical issues too. The property when moved in was full of rubbish and Stone are meant to be managing the property. I can only see that stopping the rent will get them to call me - the thing is I don't want to upset the landlord.

   Worst estate agent we have encountered during our property search. Thoroughly unprofessional outfit and woud recommend looking at other estate agents in the area if you are thinking of buying/ seliing/ letting.

   I sold through Stone Residential earlier this year (07), and they were brilliant. They couldn't do enough for me. Love the way they work, and great job. We had 18 people through the door in one day, five asking price offers, went to sealed bids, which was handled very professionaly, we sold above other agents valuations. Thank you Stone great service. Now we can afford our holiday plans. Mwah! x

   After registering as a buyer with several of the other Estate agents, I had no doubt I wanted to use Stone Residential. Their marketing was so much better than the other Agents. I got several Agents round to value, Stone got it so right. One Agent even valued my house
