They took my money as a holding fee and then afterwards decided to tell me there were 100s and 100s of pounds more of fees to pay. There was no mention of this before and when I said I don't want to take the property any longer - they told me I would not be able to have my holding fee back. Rude and very arrogant. Avoid!

They are the worst estate agent I've ever had the misfortune to use, it is worrying that they seem to have a large control over the properties in Cippenham, there needs to be more competition.
They are very pressurising, they want you to work to their time frames when it comes to putting in offers and completing a property purchase. I refuse to be bullied into anything, so I refuse to have anything to do with this lot.
They are very arrogant.
They will also tell you that there are higher offers or that there are other people waiting to see the property after you have finished viewing (when clearly no one else turns up)
Since then I've used other estate agents and have found them a breath of fresh air.. no pressure, no lies, just straight forward talk in a down to earth manner.

They are very arrogant, they wouldn't let me see a property or put in an offer on another property just because I wouldnt put my house on the market with them.

What can I say.....The Agent was fantastic from start to finish. We let our property with Staples & King over a period of three years. We would recommend this agent to anyone looking for an efficient, reliable and honest agent. The staff were very helpfull and always there to offer advice when required.
