The allAgents Annual Individual Staff Member Awards


Compete against over 100,000 UK industry personnel in what are being dubbed
the most prestigous and sought after individual industry awards to win


Since the successful launch of our estate and letting agent awards, we have been inundated with requests to not only recognize the achievements of the companies leading the pack in the property industry, but also the individual members themselves who work behind the scenes to make those companies the successes they are. As such, and after much consideration, the team at allAgents are proud to present the inaugural allAgents Annual Individual Staff Member Awards!

Tapping into the power of our well-established ranking and rating system, from the 1st of May to the 30th of April each year, those staff members who've made such an impact on their customers that they have been named in reviews of their estate or letting agency will be automatically entered into the running for the awards, and given a rare opportunity to be recognized as one of the best in the industry.

And the reward is not just prestige either - there is also £1000 up for grabs for both the top UK male and female staff members. In addition, there will be local personnel awards covering towns and postcodes.

This is all possible thanks to the ability of customers to nominate and rate a representative or branch staff member, or to even add them themselves if they are not already listed in our database. This means that reviews don't just have to be of the company or branch in question, but any member of staff involved in the process. These reviews are visible on a representative's own staff profile. At the end of the 12-month period starting 1st of May, only the reviews made within that time frame will be taken into consideration for the awards, the winners being the highest rated in their respective categories. And it's not just sales staff in the running -- any member of staff employed by a company in our directory is eligible, including administrative, operational and management staff have the chance to be recognized for their efforts should the public deem them worthy.

But beware - Glowing testimonials are not the only reviews taken into account. Any negative thoughts will be given just as much weight, meaning it will be hard work for the top individuals in the business to keep up the consistent level of performance demanded to be remain in contention in what's sure to be a very competitive 12 months.

Having delivered with the much-demanded awards scheme that we are pleased to provide, we would be grateful if you could make sure that all reviews are allocated to correctly named individuals within your branch. This can be checked by visiting your company and branch profiles and making sure that you personality listed, and have claimed your staff profile. If you can't find your name, you are welcome to add yourself by logging in or contacting us. Once you have done this, you will find an array of useful tools to manage your reviews and to encourage your impressed customers to comment on your no doubt excellent performance.
