the manager of the agents Leanne delt with me, she failed to mention it was a lifetime contract, instead only mentioned i was signing up for 16 weeks after the 16 weeks i had no sale surprise surprise because they only managed to get me 6 viewings in that time, no contact at all from Leanne herself so i wrote to let them know i would not be taking out a further contract with them, i then get a invoice from there "credit control department" asking for £180 pounds?? reasonable marketing charge??? i of course disputed this and went through the whole complaints procedure, which is basically writing to various people who are not interested in your complaint over the country, they then say "the final view of the company is" and they are still saying i have to pay the fee!!! disgusting company daylight robbery for doing nothing don't go with them no matter what, completely unreasonable liars!!!!

They fail to manage in every respect of property management. They have cost me a lot of money because of their incompetence and lack of supporting documents/paperwork. Their procedures are woefully inadequate. Staff are badly trained.

Completely terrible letting agents. I would never use them again - beware the Earley branch in Reading.
