Terrible customer service at the Colchester branch. Friendly staff, but they never return a call and you will have to do all the leg-work. Utterly depressing and distressing experience. Would never use them again nor would I recommend anyone to use them....unless they want to be kept in the dark and waste 16 weeks of their precious selling time before they can sign up with a different estate agent.

Office manager has never returned 3 messages I have left for him more than 3 weeks ago. I have to chase them up all the time. No feedback after the 2 viewings they have found for me in 5 weeks. Was lied to about customers dying to view my property from London...they have vanished. Was not told about 16 week contract or that VAT was on top of £2500. I dearly want to get out of the contract with them :-(
