The team at Spencers were polite, efficient and more importantly they delivered what I had asked and hoped for. I wanted to sell my property for a value more than other agents thought was realistic. I knew that this property was worth more than others sold in the street due to its condition and features. The team at Spencers accepted this and we held out for the right buyer. This took less 9 months but I was in no hurry so I was delighted with my asking price offer which broke the ceiling of others sold nearby.

I had 3 Agents in mind when I first decided to rent out my property. The other 2 I rang first and had meeting booked in. Then on my way home I walked into Spencer's and spoke to Rash. I explained to Rash that I was a first time landlord and a bit nervous about the whole process. I don't normally leave reviews for anything, but in this case the service I received from Spencers and Claire Fernandez in particular, was so exceptional I just had to. I sold two properties with Claire and she went above and beyond to get the sales through. Nothing about my sale was straightforward and I don't even live in the UK, but Claire did everything she could to get the sales through and I am absolutely delighted with the effort she put in. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone

Sean Donnelly was a consumate professional in selling our property in Walthamstow. As we live at distance he arranged for: new rear door to be fitted, sending photographs when completed; also transmssion of any mail, taking meter readings and checking the heating during cold weather whilst property was empty.
Two sealed offers were submitted and professionally handled. Sean Donnelly emailed regularly, keeping us informed and answering our questions.
Open days were offered and handled professionally.
After nearly a year of bad experiences with Central dealing with Sean at Spencer's was like 'breath of fresh air'.
Our past experience left us somewhat bruised and cynical, he dispelled our cynicism through his total efficiency, Backing-up reasurrances with action. Sticking to the 'rule book' everytime. We cannot praise him too highly - Spencer's are lucky to have him as their employee - he worthy of recognition.

   I wanted to commend this branch of Spencers, as being very friendly, patient and professional throughout the whole letting process.
   The staff - Sean ‘1’ and Sean ‘2’ :-) from the very beginning were courteous, helpful and informative.
   I have dealt with a few ‘rouge’ agencies in the past, but this one has finally showed me and my wife, how the tenants looking for a new home should have been treated.

   Tracey was exceptional in dealing with our requirments and found us the perfect house that fit our criteria. She was always available when needed, returned our calls in a timely manner and was very through in everything she did. She has a really friendly and out going way about her but it is done in a professional manner and she is definitely someone we'd stop and chat to if we met her in the street. One of our new neightbours had dealt with Tracey previously and we were both raving about how lovely she is! She's a lovely bubbly blonde who will go far, she deals with the public brilliantly.

   I found Spencer's Property services through google search. Then sent an email asking for a four bed property. Within hours, I received a phone call from Gemma saying that she had a property as per my requirements . I told Gemma of the urgency and requested for earliest possible viewing . She arranged the viewing within an hour and we met at the property in early afternoon .

    I was searching for a property in the Woodford, Chigwell, Loughton areas and was messed around by unprofessional agents who caused quite a bit of distress to me.Under such circumstances i contacted Spencers to show a house they were marketing for rent, circunmstances that made me suspicious,weary and cynical of promises made.Tracey from the Woodford office went out of her way to reverse my attitude and establish confidence that led to a successful rent agreement today.Indeed she went further by encouraging me to contact Spencer's sales office should i wish to purchase a property in the area,a true example of group services selling .

    I must also mention Jo at the Woodford Office who was equally professional and diligent and most helpful in explaining the admin/financial side of the transaction.

    Thanks to these two members of staff I would not hesitate to recommend Spencers .

    Looked for a one bedroom flat to rent in Walthamstow for a long time and had not alot of luck and a friend recommended Spencers. Sam was who i met in their office and straight away he set up some viewings for me, i saw 1 that was what i was looking for but had limited parking but the second one i saw was perfect.     We have been looking for a spacious flat for us and our disabled daughter for a while. the size of the rooms and the spaciousness of corridors and bathrooms was essential. Tracey has been extremely helpful and sympathetic with our search. she has been extremely proactive and ready to interpret our particular needs. She has been able to find the right property for us sooner than we expected. We are settled in our new flat and really satisfied. Spensers are a very reliable agency and we did not want to work with anybody else. Richard has helped with all the paperwork and has been extremely quick in preparing everything. All the process has gone smoothly and with no worries on our part.

Tracey really listens to your requirements and needs in a home and perfectly sources potential homes to match this for you, and always in a very professional, charming and friendly manner.     This was the first house that myself and my partner bought, and we found the team at Spencer's very helpful and understanding and guided us through the whole (long & frustrating) process with patience, and were always happy to help.
    Before buying, we had rented property from other agents who did not have the same personal touch and friendly manner as found at Spencer's.

    We were trying to find a property to rent for quite a while, but with very little success, because being deaf, we had difficulties communicating with agents. When I came in contact with Ben Britton, we moved in a new flat within a week. He was so willing to help and very easy to communicate. The same I can say about Rashad Cheema. We did most of the paperwork with him. We were made very welcome and valued customers in the branch. Very pleasant experience all the way through.

    I have just had an excellent experience with Spencers in Walthamstow. Although I was only looking to rent a 1 bedroom flat they were still friendly, positive and efficient and managed to locate somewhere suitable for me in a matter of days. They were able to work around my busy work schedule and the whole process was as painless as could be. At this rate they might even give estate agents a good name again.

    Would you use the agent again? Yes

    Have known of Spencers for a while don't know why i never used them before, they are the best estate agents ive used so far. The staff are very professional yet friendly and welcoming especially Mark and Michelle who helped me with the little things like furniture,sky etc and would get back to me asap rather than waiting a day or 2 like most. The best part about them is moving is stressful enough but i felt they took a load off me dealing with all the documents etc all i had to do was give information and sign. Simple and easy definitely recommended!
