Yes
I have used them twice now to sell my properties in Chandlers Ford and they have been great each time, top marks and much better that some of the other local agents whose service is nowhere near as good.

ABSOLUTELY MARVELLOUS. We had 4 valuations and we felt that they had done their research properly and had a great understanding of the local market. They demonstrated knowledge and professionalism and were very courteous. We were wary of agents over valuing our house to get our business and that was obviously the case with one. We sold our house for £15,000 more than the other valuations. The feedback and communication was first class.

I have to disagree with what everyone else is saying as they over price and talk the market up in my opinion to encourage purchasers to pay more than what the property is worth especially now with the way the market is turning.

I felt that they under valued our property advising that we could get a quick sale and we could then get on with our lives!! 2 further estate agents valued our property £15000 more than Sparks Ellison. I felt that their attitude towards my home was rude and were only really interested in selling larger properties. Also, when asked of their fees they did say that they were going to charge a lot higher until they met us! Not a good experience in my opinion.

Found them very rude. They advised that as I had not sold through them I was not able to even look at a house they had on the market. I felt they went out of there way to sell it to one of their own home sellers. It then all went wrong and they came back to me and asked if I was still interested. It has actually put me off ever selling through them. I did buy the house and I told the owner what had happened. They were suprised as they hadn't been told that this was how this agent worked.
My advise to any one is: if you want an agent that will give you every chance possable to sell your house, don't use Sparks Ellison!

Found them exceptionally polite. My family was moving from Waterlooville so we were not selling through them. They were the only agent in Chandlers Ford that continually kept in touch. Full marks to Tom who was very professional. We found our dream home thanks to them and i have reccomended them to many friends. Keep up the fantastic work

No
They under value property!!! So that it is sold quickly, I sold my house for 139,900k, 4 weeks later my neighbour selling an identical house through another agent got around 10,000k more, needless to say I withdrew my property and sold it via the other agent for more money!

I strongly disagree. They sold my property which is a1 bedroom flat and made me feel like a valued customer that could have been selling a house at a million pounds. They also achieved £5000 more than the nearest valuation. Nothing was too much trouble.
