Experience: Would you use the agent again?  No

Very poor communication.Tried to get us to sell our house next to nothing. Advised to go £5k less than our asking price,viewed their website... all similar houses to ours at the original price we said!!??!! But the best was when a representative of their company came out to put up the "FOR SALE" sign, he whacked it right through the mains supply to the house!!!
