I have used SImply Lets since the early 1990's to manage a portfolio of properties in Malvern, Worcester and Droitwich.
In that time the have managed in excess of of 100 sets of tenants for me with the utmost professionalism. Rents are paid quickly and efficiently, problems dealt with as they arise and excellent communication all round.
Highly recommended!!

I have used Simply Lets for many years and find them to be an outstnding agent. The staff are very efficient and any problems that have arisen with my property or tenants have been dealt with to a high standard. I have recommended Simply Lets to several friends and family members as agents and they have equally found them to be the best agent in Worcestershire in my opinion. I would only ever use Simply Lets as they are simply the best!

I have found the service given to me by the letting agent to be very good. I have constant contact with them both verbally, electronically and postal. I have no complaints.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any Landlord. They vetted prospective tenants efficiently and turned down several before finding us an excellent tenant. Any problems were dealt with promptly without fuss. I cannot fault their staff who I always found to be professional, courteous and efficient.

Having moved house a fair few times, mostly in the last few years, I can safely say that in my experience of dealing with estate agents, Simply Lets in Bromsgrove are brilliant. Always helpful, accomodating and friendly, they have always gone above and beyond to ensure smooth transactions and an overall pleasant business relationship. Can't recommend them enough.

I had a fantastic experience with Simply Lets, helping us through every stage.
We now have a great home with lots of space, although the decor is a little bit of a mess and a few minor things to change, Simply lets have sorted these quickly and I hope they carry on with the good work thoughout our tenancy term, which Im sure they will?!

A very professional outfit that delivers on its commitment to keep your properties occupied and maintained.I have always found response times to be by return. If you are looking for a truly managed stress feel experience I would highly reccomend them.

I have used Simply Lets (Bromsgrove) for 3 years as agents for my property. The staff are friendly and efficient. Any queries are answered immediately or during the same day. I use a managed service and I find that the staff liaise really well between tenant and landlord. Administrative services are well managed and financial matters processed quickly . You can rent out your property in the safe knowledge that back-up support and advice is available. I would recommend Simply Lets to anyone thinking of renting out a property.

I am surprised at some of the negative reviews as I have always found the staff in the office to be helpful and prompt in response to questions.
I am a tennant and have been in the property for 8 months. All of the staff I have come into contact with were helpful & knowledgable (Sharraine particularly so). The application was swift and there was always someone to assist with questions or queries.
There have ben a couple of minor issues in the house (a jammed lock and a new fencing panel required) - both were resolved quickly and with minimum disruption. Simply Lets managed to... (read more)

Surprised by the one negative comment. We have used SL Bromsgrove for 5 years and have always found them to be professional, responsive and courteous.
As for payments they could not be more efficient, we receive a email statement followed within a day or two with the payment. Great service keep it up.Was this review helpful? Yes

I have been using using the Bromsgrove branch of Simply Lets for in excess of 5 years on a Let only service basis. During this time I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, polite & professional. The office has always provided me with an excellent service.

Although only having one property (our home actually) to rent out, we use Simply Lets to totally manage the rental for us as we are often out of the Country. We are very happy with the service and help we get from these agents and on the odd occasion when we have had reason to complain, the staff have been very concerned and only too anxious to put things right again.

I cannot believe the other reviews. Are you people mad?
I find the office members to be rather unhelpfull, rude and never want to deal if a situation arises. Heaven forbid you ask them where your rent is, they always say oh the accounts deals with that (that woman works part time or child is sick/on holiday) I don't know, why on earth they cannot pick up the phone and call tenant, there and then to ask when the money is coming, they say they are too busy, or give the tenants a chance (how long do I wait 2 months/3 months?)! Isn't this what I am paying a Fully Managed service for. They are a complete rip off. I have removed one property from them and am now waiting for my second property to become vacant.
Do not go with this Letting agent unless you are mad!!!!!!

I have 4 properties in and around Worcester and Simply Lets manage all of them for me. Confirming that they are efficient, polite, good value for money and professional are all true and fine words. However the real measure is in their actual performance. The properties have a very high level of occupancy, the renewals are always completed on time, I have no outstanding rent and I will have no hesitation in placing my 5th property with them when I complete at the end of March.

They managed to let my property to the first tennants that saw it and have managed it well throughout the first year. Excellent service and would definitely use them for any further property lettings.

This company has just let one of my properties again. Superb! They have been looking after two of my properties in Malvern for many years, they are polite, efficient, always ready to help and have always found great tenants quickly and without fuss. I would honestly recommend their letting and management services to anyone.

Simply Lets managed to get someone for the lock on the same day as it was for the airing cupboard (full of clean towes and bedding) and we had guests staying which was brilliant.
We have regular visits from Simply Lets to check on the property - we are always provided with ample notice and there have been no problems if we hae needed to reschedule due to working hours. They are also non-invasive, it can be diffcult showing a stranger around your home, but the lady (I forget her name - sorry) is lovely and considerate.
