Hi There,
Having only moved to the UK I was a bit daunted by the prospect of finding a place in London. These guys were the first Agents I walked into and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
Having no knowledge of the lettings procedures or market Simon Clarke helped me a great deal. The explained to me how to go about finding a place even if I didn't use them in the end up and the pitfalls to watch out for.
I did use them in the end up and they got me a stunning apartment for an even better price.
I found them to be honest and upfront. They explained all their fee's very clearly and while I thought
