Communications are awful. Have never had a call back, even when it comes to renewing contracts! Rude and abnoxious. If you can avoid them, do so at all costs.

They claim to use cutting edge technology - yet can't seem to master the art of how to use a telephone, never mind an email.
Constantly we have to phone them back (always busy or on lunch). Appointments in the office were little better - ill-prepared, rude and ill-informed.
Promises to chase things up or sort things out rarely yielded any results without us contacting them several times.
Did sod all work for the 'administration fee', and are patronising yet incompetent.

With the exception of one agent I dealt with, the staff at this firm are patronising, unhelpful and at times simply rude.
The admin person kept asking me to call back in half an hour instead of offering to call me back, is impolite and does not seem to know what she is doing.
They charge £117 admin fee per tenant but then make you fill in all the paperwork and do all the chasing so I am unsure how they justify this. If we had discovered this before we had paid the deposit we would never have used them.
