Surveyor missed items on survey, when I tried to get compensation they used every means possible to fob me off, then put my case in the hands of a solicitor. They are not a member of any professional body that would support me regarding the survey so I was left to deal with this on my own, I paid £1200 for a full structural survey I wish I hadn't bothered.

We were kept well informed at all times.
The conduct of the experienced staff was extremely professional at all times.
The Agents made themselves available, to show people around the house in our absence.
The house was only on the market 2 weeks before an acceptable offer was made.Was this review helpful? Yes
