We have been established since 1988. You will find us approachable and professional with experienced, reliable and dedicated staff. As you would expect we belong to all the main regulatory bodies including ARLA, NAEA and the Ombudsman for both Lettings and Sales

Our managing agent at Sheraton Law was always helpful and prompt in his response. Any issues we had with the property, whether they were urgent fixes needed or improvements we requested at the end of the year, were dealt with quickly and efficiently, without the endless pestering that I have always needed to do in the past.
I would definitely recommend them for service as a managing agent.

We were very pleased with the level of support throughout , from viewing, negotiations to management of the flat. It is a great asset to have a full-time manager available to help, not all estate agents offer this type of bespoke services. We highly recommend Sheraton for finding flats around Clapham and the area in particular.

I'd just like to say many thanks to the both of you for being so wonderful with our requests during my time in the house. I've lived in London for eight years now and have found Sheraton Law to have been the most helpful and amicable agents I've encountered during this time.

While I cannot comment on the complete experience, one viewing was enough to put me off for good. My viewing appointment was confirmed a mere two hours before I was supposed to be at the location, although there was ample time to do it. I was met by a person who was clueless about the property and admitted quite openly that he doesn't know anything about it and had just received a print out with some details. Every single question I asked was answered with a general evasive answer or no answer and the service came down to opening the front door for me and following me around the property. This is simply not a standard any agent should tolerate if they want to survive in a competitive market. I completely accept that no generalisations should be made from this brief experience - but I thought I'd still put it on so other customers have an opportunity to read it.
