    Would you use the agent again? No

    I had my property valued by Philip Shaw (manager) who after 5 minutes of looking around my property that it was worth £300,000 to £320,000 at a push. I since had it valued by Keatons and FJLord who valued the property at £400,000, and were very professional. When I rang Philip Shaw for an explanation, he was very blasé and offered no excuse or apology. Amazed this guy is still in business. Always get at least three valuations. Damon Hunter.
