   Really bad! Not at all happy! and I would deff not use again!! Stay well clear if at all possible.

   Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I think these guys would be better suited working on London Underground.

   They seemed ok at first. But then the service got very shabby. Requests went unanswered and they made several mistakes on the status of our account. Needless to say that they were very good at hassling us when someone fell behind on payment, but sadly this enthusiasm evaporated once we required something.

   We left our property in May 2009, and have still not received our sizeable deposit (it's now in the latter half of September - 3 1/2 months on). It's taken an awful lot of arguing to make them admit liability for their proposed delapidations (a scaled up toilet due to them not responding to our calls for two months), and we are now threatening legal action. However, we have still been told that our money is still over a week away. This alone suggests that they have rather serious cashflow problems, and I'd urge you to think twice about becoming involved with them.

   During our time with Sebastian Estates we have been lied to, treated with disrespect and experienced extremely unprofessional and dissatisfactory service. The worst situation was when we got a phone call from our landlord saying that Sebastian Estates would not pass on our first months rent and deposit to him. He only received this once he threatened legal action. The sales team are very rude (especially Kimberley) and the only reason why we decided to rent the property was because we really liked it and were running out of time before we had to move from our old property. As soon as they received our holding deposit their attitude changed and they no longer replied to phone calls or just blatantly refused to respond to requests like; why one of the housemates couldn't be included on the Short hold Tenancy Agreement. Sebastian Estates is a very dubious company and I urge you to think twice before even considering them.
