Bad

Agents only interested in getting their fees. They don't care about what is best for their clients, or even pretend to. The market is bad right now, but to bully people into reducing their prices by 30%+ just so they can get their fee quickly is just appauling & blatantly acting outside the interests of their clients. We left Savills because of this behaviour and sold our house ourselves within 6 weeks for the price we wanted.

Terrible

Always over price, know very little about the property they are selling, not interested in ensuring the right deal is done, only concerned with getting and maximising their fees
