   We have received mail shots aimed at out property and even hand written envelopes addressed to ourselves, from this agent constantly harrassing us to change agents and to go with them.

   At the beginning of the year we were informed by this estate agent that the property was "too far away from the office to take on".

   Upon receiving yet another letter from the company I called them and politely informed them that we were happy with our estate agent and to please stop sending letters etc. I was shocked by the way I was spoken to on the other end and even though we had considered using this agent earlier in the year, we will never use them for any of our doings.

   I'm sure the service is fine when all is going well, but after having to let a vendor down we experienced a different side of this branch. A very rude and borderline abusive call was received which was the true height of unprofessionalism. After calmly explaining the situation no apology was forthcoming and the ultimate irony is that the very next week this branch helped another buyer gazump us on our first house purchase!

   I'm sure there is zero accountability in this industry as a whole but Sansome and George of Theale sadly very much lived up to reputation.

   Wonderful service, we really were impressed with the three member of staff's professional attitude. They always kept us updated with changes, always returned telephone calls and were honest with all aspects of their service.

   Would definately recommend Sansome and George (Theale office) and would definately use them again without hesistation.

   Cannot fault these guys at all. Was with a competitor for 7 months with only one offer and within a week of switching to Sansome and George I had a firm offer.

   A very professional, well mannered and polite team who made my first house sale very straightforward.

   Would use these guys again and again.

    The best lettings agent I've ever dealt with. They (Emma from their Theale branch in particular) have a very friendly approach, always respond promptly to all enquiries. Thumbs up!!!
