Having dealt with many agents in the past, Samanthajane Ltd in my opinion is the real deal. I let my property through this agency. Would I recommend them, YES! They even sent me copies of references of chosen tenants. These lot know what they are doing and never fail to deliver a good service.

Absolutely brilliant. I used this agent on recommendation and I'm happy to report good proficiency. Couldn't fault their services at all. Sam was very polite, thoroughly professional and helpful. A credit to her agency. Hugely impressed. My move was hitch free.

Rude, rude, rude. Although we did not let through this Agency, I would strongly advise avoiding them. They are aggressive and extremely rude. There are much better Agencies out there.
