Having a look on line looking what company to give my pride and joy property to saffron internation stuck out a mile with offices abroad i thought why not give them a go im a overseas landlord
I used saffron to market my property for lettings sole agent the first few days there was no response, not even a call back to say sorry for the late reply when i called to get viewing feedback so i decided to let another agent have a go, 2 days later when eventually the other agent got a offer i immediately ley saffron international know to stop viewings and take property of the market, a few hours... Saffron helped me enormously when I was trying to sell my place in St John’s Wood. My place was on with several other agents, with no luck. Within a couple of months, they had got an offer and in no time at I was exchanging contracts.

The most unhelpful group of people you will ever encounter. Claimed that our disgusting flat we moved into had been professionally cleaned, took months to replace our broken washing machine. Incredibly rude: a few weeks before we were moving out they rang us to arrange a viewing, we said we couldn't do that time, they turned up with people anyway and even walked into a room where one of us was asleep! The worst customer service imaginable (I've had to deal with studentfinance and many others, but they don't even compare!). Will do everything possible to avoid helping you and screwing you out of money, avoid at all costs! (there's a reason they've been struck off the University of London Housing service)

I found a property through Saffron and it was managed by Berkeley Management. I lived there for just over a year and the flat had so many problems, the agents did not deal with the problems and just kept dragging their heels. They were and still are an absolute nightmare!
There was constant damp throughout the flat, with a constant draft through the windows. There was always a leak from the flat above, and flooded the flat several times, particulaly when they turned on their shower.
When we left the property, they took 300 pounds from my deposit for a steam clean of the carpets which was totally unreasonable as the double bed took up most of the room.
They do not answer your calls when you call them and do not deal with your problems. They seem nice at the begining until they receive your deposit and then they turn nasty! Bad experience and will avoid at all costs.
I viewed several properties with Saffron and often met at the flat, sometimes they would not turn up and I was left standing there!!!

Dreadful experience with this estate agent. Made an offer which they told me was accepted by the landlord.
Two days later they told me that the landlord has signed the contract and that I can come in to sign when I have paid the deposit and one month rent.
Did all that and one hour before I wanted to come in and sign they called and told me that the flat was not available any more because the landlord won't sign the contract - even though I have already paid the money and they've told me that he has already signed. This was three days before the moving in date :(
They also do not reply to emails and don't pick up the phone (unless they need something from you).
Stay away!

I stayed with Saffron for one year. It was horrible. I moved into a flat full of old foodstuff and it wasn't cleaned properly either.
Once I had moved in, I found out that many things were not working properly, including the loo and the water tank. It took them around three months to get even the most essential parts fixed. Well, in the end I contacted my landlord and he got it fixed himself. I went to the office a couple of times during these three months but that didn't help either. As I said, the landlord fixed it in the end.

I have spent a year with Saffron. They made our lives a living hell. We moved into a dirty flat, with mouldy food in it. It took them weeks to recompenate us for the cleaning required. It took them 4 months to fix our shower and 1 month to fix our oven.
They are rude and impossible to communicate with. They have yet to provide proof that they checked our gas fire, which was leaking carbon monoxide. They charged us
