The good:
- Haven't been over-bearing or interfering.
The bad:
- Utterly useless at getting things fixed - takes far too long, need to constantly chase them up.
- Untrustworthy - gave keys to another estate agent (not Russells) to take interior pictures for sale of house without tenant's permission; denied it when asked.
- Last inspection sent out a letter with time etc. but then didn't even bother to turn up. Half a day wasted.

Very variable. Some things have taken two years to fix. Others just days. Their fees to tenants are expensive and worthless. Their staff haven't a clue and their contracts (from a tenants perspective) are clearly designed to screw as much as possible from tenants as possible. If you're a decent tenant, it's probably worth trying to rent directly rather than from these chancers.
