		<description><![CDATA[I have been a tent with tullyandco for 8 months now and my experience has been very pleasant. I spend some time overseas and they have been very flexible with the rent.
as for the maintaince i have to say they have been always quick to respond and didn't take them more than a day to sort an issues with the property. when I moved in there where some area's which was overlooked by the cleaning crew so I contacted them and they responded immediately. also when I wanted to install few shelving units in my place they installed for me FREE of charge. The manger didn't charge me office fees when I signed the contract and he responded by saying we want to support oversea students and make good relation with our tents who seem responsible.

		<description><![CDATA[I rented with Tully and Co for 3 years and always found it a very easy and very pleasant experience.  I had no problems with the staff and as long as I reported my maintenance in the correct way I generally found this was done in a reasonable time frame.  I have always recommended them to my friends and would do so happily knowing they will be looked after as a could of them have gone to them and had no bad experiences either. 		<description><![CDATA[at first they seemed professional and easy to deal with, how wrong was i? they were easy to deal with when there was no problems and it came to rent, however when it came to deal with the problems and important stuff they were difficult and slower than molasses on a cold day. my property that i was living seemed fine at first but there were one or two issues such as the bowing shelving in the kitchen cupboard and dodgy extractor along with a water leak that had been &quot;cleared up&quot;, they attempted to with these problems the best they could. then the real problems started, the bathroom started to become a mould factory which started to sperad through the whole flat, i called them to inform them of the problem they ignored it, i kept on trying 7-8 times before my mother got involved who doesn't even live in the UK, she experienced verbal abuse staff decided to swear at her despite her taking professional stance on the situation. so eventually i had to call environmental health in as my doctor feared for both my physical and mental wellbeing. environmental health agreed the mould was not anything to do with me but the simple state the flat was in due to the lack of ventilation and lack of repair work that needed doing that had been left. eventually nothing got done and environmental health could do no more and simply advised to move. along with the mould there were mice and fire alarms that didn't work and weren't up to today's standards. eventually i took the advice and moved out but not before having the place professionally cleaned and trying to get all the problems fixed. we asked for said abusive person not to inspect the property as i wanted an unbias judgement, this request was ignored as management told me she was the only one available to do it. funnily enough she was rude and abusive and discriminatory again (as i have certain disibilities hence the professional cleaner) and the flat was deemed &quot;filthy&quot; by her before she told us to f***ing . after the abuse have finished i phoned up the office and asked to put a complaint in, it was simply laughed off and told it would be sent to management who would apparently contact me. funnily enoguh still waiting for that call. when my deposit was eventually returned to me after a month of leaving the property it still wasn't in full as money has been retain for cleaning. on whole i strongly recommend you use anyone else but this company as staff, management and maintainance are all incompitent and useless and damn right rude!<br />This person would not use Tully & Co again.]]></description></item><item>

Took forever for anything to get fixed after constant phone calls and visits. Make up lies so they can deduct from your deposit. Was told my deposit would be transferred back to my bank account within 10 days of moving out. 2 months on I am STILL without my money, have received no explanation after constant contact with them. Apparently a cheque is on the way to me via second class postage I just want my money back. AVOID TULLY AT ALL COST.<br />This person would not use Tully & Co again.]]></description></item><item>

I found this company to be appalling. They were horrible to deal with, nothing ever got done. We moved into the house and found it to be incredibly dirty and worn. After numerous calls (about 7) they FINALLY sent someone over to sort out the mould which was found in many places throughout the house. The woman on the phone was rude, harsh toned and frankly sounded as though she didn't give a s**t at all. A few days after moving in, the lock on our door jammed so we obviously contacted tullys for it to be fixed as it's unsafe as well as inconvenient. After 4 calls at 3pm they finally sent out a man who seemed nice enough, the man said he'd be no more than an hour so we were left with a free open door with no lock. 6pm, still we're with an open door, no lock. By this time it was dark and in a house of 4 girls we were all a bit worried about having this door with no lock, we called tullys before they closed, &quot;oh he'll be there in 10 minutes don't worry&quot;. bullshit. he came at 9pm. 

Oh also, when we moved in, the gas man came and said our oven is illegal and that tullys should &quot;go to hell&quot; for the things he's seen in their properties.

Whilst we accept limitations on contractual agreements we do not accept being spoken to in such an unsatisfactory manner nor do we feel that you are  representing the landlord in favourable  way as we are left with no option than to be brutally honest with any prospective tenants  as to the condition of the property and the manner in which the property is currently manged. 


WE AND ANY OF OUR FRIENDS WILL NEVER USE TULLYS AGAIN AND ARE CURRENTLY WRITING AN ARTICLE FOR PUGWASH (the uni magazine) SO EVERY AT THE UNI KNOWS HOW RUDE YOU ARE.

The roof has been leaking for 2 years, it still hasn't been fixed. 		<description><![CDATA[I am a first time Landlady of the property that John is referring to below and I can hand on heart say that I thought that Tullys dealt with the situation in a totally professional manner from start to finish.

Tullys had to deal with a man who was unreasonable, confrontational, tried to be physically intimidating and broke most AST rules (keeping cats, damaging property (the door was damaged by the client as he admitted to myself not from a freak gust of wind), changing locks, running a carpet cleaning business from the flat, owe a month and half's worth of rent etc etc). 

Tullys keep their integrity when dealing with an awkward tenant and if Tullys weren't there I don't know how I could have dealt with the situation. 

To clarify, neither Tullys nor I called him a liar - I wanted my flat back in one piece not trashed (which John actually left in a very good state, shame he did a bunk without paying the last months rent and half of the previous months rent) so I wasn't going to antagonise him because who knew what he would do next!

		<description><![CDATA[Absolute c***s. We pay rent on time, ignore the small little problems and just get on with things, had inspection and told them our issues..... nothing done. Bathroom door jammed shut as it was not fitted properly (showed them on inspection) had to break out . 4months, 15 phone calls, 3 visits and 2 letters later, still not fixed, this door is the only door between bathroom and kitchen so effectively having to go to toilet in kitchen. I arranged door to be fixed out of rent money,  Now being threatened to have deposit taken unless we pay the rest. All they do is make excuses for mistakes and not deal with issues! 		<description><![CDATA[I wouldn't recommend using Tully's. They are very slow at getting anything done and are pretty rude when you go into see them or try to phone them. It took them almost a month to just ask our landlady whether we could have a sky aerial fitted, they just kept forgetting and appologising. Every issue took far too long to sort out and they would only ever do the bare minimum. 

I've spoken to many people who have rented with Tully's and I'm yet to hear a good word.<br />This person would not use Tully & Co again.]]></description></item><item>

		<description><![CDATA[By far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use. House was dirty, flea-ridden, there were holes in the ceiling and walls which we had been assured would be fixed before we moved in, despite being advertised as a furnished student house there were no beds!! 

Staff are rude and ignorant, treat tenants as though they are stupid, problems reported were continually "forgotten" or "lost" and work was never completed during a 9 month tenancy on the holes that were supposed to be fixed before we moved in. 

When it came to moving out the house was left in a better, cleaner condition than when we moved in yet they kept the deposit for cleaning and - get this - the two holes which were there before we moved in and continually reported. Worst of all, a work collegue moved into the house after me and this work had not been carried out.
