I am an ex-tenant of RNR Lettings and was very pleased with their service, i only wish RNR managed the property i am currently living in.

My current agent is useless, it has been 5 days since I have been withoout heating and hot water and they havent even sent an engineer, i had the same problem when RNR was my agent and not only did they fix the boiler within two days but they provided me with heaters temporarily. Thank you RNR :)
This person would use RNR Lettings again.

I could not agree more,R n R Reading have gone down hill in a big way, best to avoid unless you want hassle,
and missed apointment after apointment.with no appology just a ( live with it attitude). This company needs to take a good look at itself or its manager and give more respect to its current tenants.
This person would not use RNR Lettings again.

We were looking for an house on rent. We saw lots of rnr boards and thought they must be able to help. On calling them they showed us few house. All the houses were had much higher rent than expected. Also even though some of the houses had furniture in the ad they said we will have to pay extra to hold on to the furniture.
This person would use RNR Lettings again.

Our house was broken into just before Christmas and we came home to find the back door wide open. Thankfully, nothing was taken, but it wasn't difficult for him/her/them to get in since the lock and the back door weren't made to be used for the exterior and with a little effort, the lock can be picked without damage. I contacted RNR and asked them to change the lock. The landlord has refused to do anything because the door itself wasn't damaged. So I can't change or alter the lock, nor can I add a lock. All I can do is hope no one tries to come in again. Boy does that feel safe!

The roof in the bathroom leaked last year and water collected inside the light fixture, to the point that the bulb was submerged and the fixture fell off into my hands (thankfully the light wasn't on), as a result of the weight of the water. I contacted RNR and they sent over someone who didn't look older than 16, and who called himself an electrician. But rather than look at the wires, he sealed a couple of holes in the roof. I called the fire department for advice and then called RNR again to tell them what the fire department strongly urged ought to be done. Again, they sent the same kid who looked up at the ceiling, did nothing, then left.

We're moving away in a month and hopefully, when we do, we'll still be in possession of our personal property and our lives.
This person would not use RNR Lettings again.

Appauling! Use with caution or at least try to deal with the landlord directly! If you fully understand your rights or have a good solicitor, and are prepared to stand up to them, then they are manageable, but there are plenty of other properties available for a lot less hassle!

Not only did they repeatedly lie about problems with plumbing, electricity, parking and basic standards of living, but also accused the tenant of creating the problems that were there before moving in, in addition to accusing the tenant of lying.

They have been rude, incompetent, evasive and totally unprofessional. I only hope that this does not extend to R n R's other offices.
This person would not use RNR Lettings again.
