One of the worst examples of a lettings agency. Avoid them like the plague. Happy to take your money, happy for you to maintain the property. Happy for you to put up with broken things that the landlord "cannot afford to put right" and happy to take your deposit to have them put right.

The earlier review is right, all red-tape, but little more than a slum landlord
This person would not use Johnson Wood again.

Depending on who manages your property you can have a different experience. Some employees are very helpful and some not so helpful. Unfortunately this company has too much red tape which for the honest and lawful tenant is a hindrance and to a certain degree can be very disrespectful and rude. When working with any letting agent always cover your back, as friendly as they may seem from the outset they are not your friends. They are not looking out for your best interests, even if they are approachable or friendly. Unfortunately Johnson Wood's primary goal for the tenant is not to help you find a home or be comfortable in your home but simply to make "as much" money as possible.
This person would not use Johnson Wood again.
