I found all the staff at Churchill Estates very helpful, polite and friendly. I viewed a couple of properties with them and they alway turned up on time and were helpful to us as potential buyers. Although we did not buy through them, we did sell our house. Our sale had fallen through with another agent due to errors/poor communication and we only had 2 weeks to sell the house as we were buying a rental property). Alex at Wanstead did everything to promote our property, from placing pictures in their windows and making our property the featured property on Rightmove. Alex also negotiated us getting the full asking price for our home. All the team at Wanstead Churchills were excellent and I'd highly recommend them. Churchills has excellent advertising which gets lots of people in to view your property.
This person would use Churchill Estates again.

I must admit when deciding who to sell my flat with the choice seemed endles, my opinion was that my flat was in an outstanding condition and would sell quickly so who I sold it through really didn't matter......I was entirely mistaken.
The first agent I chose to sell my property (yes I went with the lowest fee) never really it got off the ground, it took them over a week to advertise and when they did alot of the information was incorrect and the pictures looked terrible. This surely is not what you expect from a supposedly profession company.
My second agent did manage to find me a buyer but after three weeks they pulled out apparently due to being misinformed about the length of lease on the flat. The flat stayed on the market for a further 2months with no offers, the agent insisted the market conditions were poor and that my price was too high. Of the viewings I did have I received no feedback and was left felling they no longer were interesed in my business so I went elsewere.
A friend of mine recommended Churchill estates to me so I gave them a go. Througout the whole process they were honest and proffesional, a breath of fresh air really. The property looked great online and I received a offer within the week. The team at churchills were great they were there when I needed them and always seemed to know what was going on during the legall process.

I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in Walthamstow.
This person would use Churchill Estates again.

We have been involved with a few estate agents in Walthamstow over the last couple of years and none of them were particularly good. We had our Warner flat valued by three agents, and Churchill's quote was in the middle and we felt they seemed ok (in retrospect their valuation was probably a little high but we did get a good price for our flat because of it).

Our main contact was Alex, and I would highly recommend dealing with him if you can. He is friendly, gives good advice about all aspects of selling a property and he worked closely with us to make sure we got the best price for our flat. Towards the end we also dealt with Kim, who was also good - efficient, always called back and gave us practical advice about getting the sale through.

The flat didn't sell after a couple of months, but they gave us really good advice on making a few cheap cosmetic changes which really made a difference. They managed to get a lot of people through the door for viewings all the time - and seemed to do a good job of showing people round. We got honest and fair feedback from them on the viewing. Often the viewings were at very short notice, but as we wanted to sell the flat quickly we didn't mind this.

We also looked for a house through them, and ended up buying one through them. They took on board our requirements as buyers - which a lot of other agents didn't - and were honest before a viewing about the standard of a property. So we didn't feel like they were wasting our time and we did the majority of viewings with them. They were also good at keeping in touch with us as buyers and letting us know when something suitable came on the market.

So I would recommend them if you are buying or selling as one of the better agents in the area.
This person would use Churchill Estates again.
