You could not ask for a friendlier, helpful and more professional service than you will receive from Roy Brooks. From the moment I decided to sell they guided me through what can be a daunting process, with skill and knowledge, without being pushy or overbearing. They scheduled viewings on the property with consideration and always gave plenty of notice.
The sale had some challenges once we had found a buyer , but both James and Stacy kept me updated throughout, always on the case and informing me of progress.

Moving house can be one of the most stressful events we go through. Roy Brooks, particularly Kelly, removed that stress. They were friendly, helpful and went that extra mile to make me feel comfortable that i had definitely made the right choice!! In my search i spoke to several estate agents who simply put the phone down on me when i mentioned i had a dog. For Roy Brooks that was never an issue and they found me my perfect home. I couldn't be happier!

Our property was a particularly awkward proposition which required carefully targeted marketing by a team who knew their stuff! We were both amazed and delighted to achieve the price we were hoping for within a relatively short space of time. We were always kept fully in the loop and would recommend Roy Brooks to anyone either looking to buy or sell.

We were really impressed with Roy Brooks. They are a lovely bunch of people. Every time we phoned, they knew who we were, what we were buying and what stage we were at. I would definitely use them to sell – but that’s going to be a long long time!.

Thanks to you, and to James and your colleagues, for being so pleasant and helpful to deal with over our purchase of Rye Court : it made a real difference to what is always a stressful process. If we ever need to sell a property in SE22, we'll definitely come to Roy Brooks!

We were very impressed with how Roy Brooks dealt with the letting of our Clients property- we were asked to try and let it privately but to no avail- Roy Brooks found a tenant within 48 hours at a much higher rent than we were initially asking. Kelly organised the check in and cleaning for the new tenants which we greatly appreciate. We would have no hesitation recommending their services to our Clients in the future.

I was recommended Roy Brooks by my neighbour who had brought her house through them and found them very good. I can now confirm that she wasn't wrong.
Kelly can round the afternoon of my initial phone call and was very up front about everything, she was realistic about the value of my flat and what changes I would need to make in order to ensure the property was rentable. She kept in contact with me on a regular (but not too regular) basis and when I was ready to put the flat on the market she made sure everything went smoothly. After just two days I was happy to receive an offer which was exactly as she had predicted. Since then all the paperwork as also gone incredibly smoothly.

dear James and Stacey, I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to you both for being amazing over the past 7 months. I have found you both to be extremely efficient, committed, trustworthy, extremely supportive and reliable during our house sale and purchase. Rent Collect suits me perfectly. I can keep up with repairs, but somehow, checking my bank account to ensure monies have arrived is a discipline that escapes me. I know someone else is taking care that this happens (and chasing if it doesn’t). Roy Brooks forward the rent on to me faster than any agent I have known, and since taking up this service with them, arrears are now a thing of the past. The annual statement is a Godsend come the tax return. My affairs are now really well in order! Thank you Roy Brooks!”

Just a quick note to thank you, Melanie, Kelly and Roy Brooks for finding a tenant for our
property in Bellenden Village so quickly and efficiently.
I think it has paid huge dividends to use an Independent Estate Agent.
We reached agreement on terms by the Friday afternoon. I did three viewings on
the next day and three the following Saturday and by the next Tuesday had
reached agreement with a more than suitable tenant for very nearly the rental value
you had provisionally suggested at our first meeting to which we had thought OMG!
The new tenant has now moved in and all paperwork and references have been done
and taken up. You have even dealt with the Tenancy Deposit for me!

Kelly/Roy Brooks has been phenomenally quick in making this move happen for us (from viewing to moving in within one week). Roy Brooks in general seems to get places that are so much better than any of the stock that their competitors hold in the area which was a pleasant surprise in a time when we were starting to panic/lose faith.

I have been unreservedly impressed by the professionalism, advice and support offered by Stacey, James and everyone at Roy Brooks. The level of communication has been excellent. All the staff have been consistently honest, friendly, polite, well informed, helpful and very efficient. Roy Brooks have made selling our house as smooth a process as it could possibly be and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Roy Brooks was recommended to me by two friends as 'not being like typical estate agents' and they were right.
Kelly Walsh in the letting department is brilliant. She's really friendly, gave excellent advice on rental and was super helpful in arranging viewings. But more importantly she treated me as a person and not just a property. Kelly genuinely cared about looking after my interests and making sure I was happy with everything.
I cannot recommend Kelly and Roy Brooks highly enough, it's like dealing with family friends you trust, rather than 'estate agents'.

I have used Roy Brooks as my letting/managing agent of my London property for 17 years. Lewis Gordon has been the property manager for the majority of those years. I most value his ability to communicate and keep me informed of all the issues that arise from time to time. I value his advice, his patience, his helpfulness and quick response to questions. I don't worry at night with Lewis in command; I know from experience that he will take the best care of my property within my budget and time frame. In fact I would highly recommend Roy Brooks, they provide a full service from selling to letting and managing and ! have never been let down by them.

We have been dealing with Roy Brooks on and off for a few years. When we first sold through them we became part of a broken, then collapsed chain. All the way through the sale process, we were well looked after by their "progressor" who kept a tight overview on the situation and made what was a terrible experience, a little more bearable. When it came to putting the house back on the market, they achieved a sale for us in just over 5 hours. We have now exchanged.

I dealt with lots of estate agents, but Roy Brooks by far exceeded my expectations. They are very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, always willing to help, aware of house prices and don't bump the prices up in order to gain business. I only wish there were more estate agents like this out there.
