   We used this estate agency because they had the most properties in Harrow Town Centre. They were helpful until we signed all papers. Then, they were rude and useless. We never received a copy of the check-in inventory, and when we moved out, as they were managing the property, they found a load of ridiculous excuses to not return a large portion of the deposit. We eventually went through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, who sided in our favor. What a poor excuse for an estate agency! Customer service is non-existent. They also clearly set out to cheat you, charging for a check-out fee that is not in any paperwork, although they keep insisting it is!

   Dear oh dear where do I start.
   Besides the fact that they have blatantly broken the misrepresentations act which I have notified the ombudsmen for estate agents, the manager is rude and clearly sees his "clients" as income and not customers. Stay away from this rogue company!!!!!!!!

   I could not agree more with opinions below. Very poor agency.

   From their website:

   I wish it was true, unfortunately, once the contract is signed, they are good in ignoring their clients only.

   Once all papers are signed they just ignore you. You need to repeat your request like 15 times and maybe after 6 months they answer. Totally useless!!!

   I relocated from the Us and Rouge Property was the only estate to respond to me with an update on suitable properties. They organised viewings upon my arrival and I agreed a property in Harrow through them. The service i recieved was professioanl from start to finish and would have no hesitaion in recommending them.

   Steve (irresponsible, lazy employee of Rouge) and David (The Manager), both are just not worth a penny.

   They do not do as they promise to, so its best in customers interest just not to use ROUGE.

   They dont even bother to remove advert once property is been sold/rented.

    Well, I couldn't agree more with the two previous reviews. Rouge property's service is horrendous. Being a previous tenant with them, we were treated in an appaulling manner. David the manager is always supposedly 'right', when infact he never is. They always say they will do things, when they don't, and If any prblems occur regarding the landlord, they will not help when they are supposedly the managing agents. Overall, the way they treat their customers is digusting just like moreen above stated, i couldn;t agree more. Thus if anybody is considering using them, i would consider all that has been said.

    Just wanted to make a complain regarding estate agent named Stephene. I spoke to him on 21/April/2009 regarding a possible viewing for property on Radnor rd. He confirmed the appointment for the next day, told me directions of how to get there. On the day I got there on time, since no sign of the agent I decided to call the office only to find he was still at the office and claimed he hadn't written it down on his appt diary. Therfore stated he'll call me back in a minute . I thought he was on his way therefore waited 20 mins again called only to find he hasn't even left , and apperently called only to get to my voice mail, where he didn't even bother to leave a message!!! I'm very fuming over the service provided by this agent, and think it is absolutly disgusting and definately left a bad impression on Rouge Estate Agents.

    We looked into renting with this agency, but decided not to. The explanation might help other people decide whether to bother with them:

    We've been looking for a flat to rent in Harrow from June or July. Most estate agents haven't started advertising places for that period yet, but Rouge had several flats on its books by March/April, so we got in touch. Turns out most of the places are owned by the same landlord -- one of those developers who carve up family homes into soulless little apartments (more like hotel suites) for commuters. (Way too many of those around here.)
