   Kieran was a very helpful individual at Romans. He took the time to listen and understand my requirements. We were looking for a place to rent urgently and he found something for us although it did not meet all our requirements, but satisfactory.

   I found the finance department a little bit forceful and rigid. Even though I have informed them of my intention to move in early (before the minimum days notice period required before charging the early moving in fee), they still insist that I will pay the early moving in Fee. Kieran as mentioned earlier helped to broker a deal where I only paid the fee to ammend the contract and not the early moving in charges. In the end, I will say the services was good, but they could do a bit more. I will say the individual staffs are fantastic, there may be some target given by their organisation which make the staffs a bit aggressive in chasing and closing deals.

   To thier credit, after Sales Services was very good. Rob was checking consistently to ensure things are running smootly once we moved in.

   I asked Kieran at the Woodley office to find a tenent for my 2 bed terraced property. He did so within a week! The perspective tenants went through the necessary checks with flying colours. All the administration was then very competently handled by Caty. The whole experience was seemless and filled me with condidence.
   I would definately use Romans again and specifically Kieran and Caty!

   The service received when renting with Romans was great, they kept us informed at all times which helped put our mind at ease. When terminating contract they were helpful, instructing us on everything that needed to be done and helping us through it. I'd have no hesitation in renting from them again if I was ever in the area.

   I have dealt with Annette since moving into Hulbert Gate in October 2010.
   I have always found her really efficient and prompt. If I have any problems or queries, she is on the case straight away and communicates with me/updates me all the time. She resolves issues really quickly which is great.
   She is definitely a great asset to Romans.

   Initially helpful and very positive, but advertised our property with ,wrong address, wrong postcode, wrong position on the map and wrong bathroom layout.Only managed to take photo's of the corners of the rooms because they didn't use a wide angle lens and the rooms were small. Apparently it would would have cost us money to get a professional photographer in, funny how other agents manage it.
   On the positive side Jason was a very good sales person, shame it didn't translate into the service level.

   Terrible experience as tenants. Are great at serving their customers which means sellers and landlords. Tenants are not treated well. Had lots of issues with the property. Leaking drainage, damp, mold etc. Do not guide the tenants at all on options available but will keep chasing for rent. As faithful to the landlord as the dog is to his master. stay away, not recomended at all.

   Lauren was really professional and helpful. The only let down while using Roman's was the amount of flats that we offered on then came back and didn't want sharers. So not only was it a let down but it was a waste of time viewing them. I feel if Romans looked into this point there service would have been excellent. Its unfortunate that we went with another property agent but the property that we well in love with didn't want sharers. If i was looking again for property i would definitely give Lauren a shout.

   We had previously tried to sell our house using 2 other agents, lowering the price from £320k to £299k over a period of about 4 months earlier in 2011. During this time I think we had 5 viewings so had removed it from the market to review our options. We decided the only real option as a family was in fact to sell and move home so we approached Romans to market it for us as they had a bungalow on their books which we really liked.

    House letting is a completely new experience for me and my family, but Romans made it a very easy and uncomplicated experience. Nothing was too much trouble - from organising a time for contractors to collect the key to arranging a last minute inventory. I had lots of 'trivial' queries during the process and all were addressed quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others.

   I cannot praise the team at Romans Frimley branch enough. We had been on the market with a different agent for 6 weeks with very few viewings. We had found a property we wanted to buy so had to sell quickly and all our previous agent could suggest was to lower our asking price, which we couldn't do and buy the house we wanted to. Tim Harris from Romans Frimley branch came to see us and assured us that with the correct marketing, Romans could get our property sold within the timeframe we needed and close to our asking price. We held an open house and sold our house that same day and got our asking price, which meant we could buy our dream home. Honest and true to his word - Thanks Tim! Thanks to all at Romans that made it happen!

   The entire Romans team were very determined to close the deal and I had great confidence that they would and indeed they did. At the price I wanted too. The process did not run smooth due to a demanding buyer but Romans helped me through all the way and I was very happy with their support and proffessional service. I was very pleased that I picked Romans to sell my property.

   Excellent communications and services right from Marketing my property for tenancy, following the required processes, follow-up to meet required deadlines, to managing the collection of rent on a regular basis and maintenance. Rental income always credited on-time every time. Issues communicated and permission to fix obtained promptly in order to avoid issues between tenant/Landlord. Very proactive in reminders for tenancy renewals. Always found professional tenants and I have never experienced issues with any tenants or received complaints from neighbours on any problems during the > 7 years of tenancy. My property was never left vacant between tenancies. Whilst ROMANS have a professional and Business like approach the agents have also been very friendly as well in dealing with me personally as a LandLady. I strongly recommend ROMANS for property lettings.

   We were impressed from the outset by Matthew's knowledge of the market and his realistic and open manner when discussing how Roman's would market our propertry. Our house was marketed successfully leading to an early sale. We appreciated the role of Natalie who then kept in regualr contact, informing us of the progress of the chain and answering our questions.

   The staff at the Woodley branch were extremely helpful at every step of the way. We had not moved house for nearly 30 years so were quite unfamiliar with current procedures, Romans gave very helpful advice and were able to put us in touch with reliable removals companies, advised on conveyancing requirements, etc. They were very helpful when arranging viewings and did their best to schedule visits at convenient times. Their staff were friendly and supportive and took a real interest in our business. Once a buyer had been arranged, they also have a moves manager who assists at every step of the way with all the details and problems that come with dealing with solicitors, other estate agents involved in our purchase of a new property, and removal firms etc. All in all, Romans made a very stressful time as easy to deal with as they possibly could.

   Decided to sell through Romans and house was sold withing 2days of being on the market, we dealt with Elliott and Nick who were both very helpful and kept us informed constantly with what was going on and made the sale of the house a very painless and smooth operation from start to finish and would highly recommend Romans if anyone out there is considering selling in the future.

    This Sale was tuff. Romans found us a buyer within a few days, only for that buyer to drop out after 6 weeks of conveyancing. Thankfully Romans were able to come up with another buyer almost as soon as the property went back on the market. However, due to problems with the buyers property, this turned into a lenghty and frustrating conveyance. Throughout the whole time, Louis d'Espagnac of Romans, made it his personal mission to get things done and complete the sale. Without the personal attention fom Louis and his team, I would have walked away several times. No one expects their sale to be difficult, but it is only in that situation that you find out how good the agent really is. I doubt I would have received the same support from one of the smaller agencies.

   We have recently moved into a rented property and are both extremely happy. Kieran Lamb at the Woodley Branch was both very helpful and super organised, we were really impressed by how smoothly he dealt with the whole transition. The only niggle we had was the Keysafe application , my partner has been through the process a few times within the last two years and they are not quite as helpful as they could be , however Kieran was quick on the case and had it sorted in no time

   We have been searching for the right home and Josh Clifton has been excellent. Josh met with us and listened to what we wanted - he then proceeded to arrange viewings for exactly the types of properties we wanted. He did not push unsuitable properties our way.

   Josh has remained friendly polite, honest, knowledgeable and contactable (so important) right throughout - even when we didn't make offers on houses and another time when we did make an offer and it didn't work out with the seller.

   Our experiences with other agents is that unless there is definate sales involved - they're not interested. This is not the case with Romans in Warfield - Josh and Jonathan. This is the reason made a decision very early on the place our property with them to sell.

   I cannot recommend them more - i think all other branches within Romans to take note - as well as other companies

   Fantastic customer service! :)

   I am writing this feedback for ABI DABORN who works as a lettings consultant at the fleet branch of romans. This has nothing to do with overall service of romans as a company.
   I would like to recommend that Romans should learn from ABI about the manners, enthusiasm and honesty which needs to be shown by staff and viewing consultants. Majority of the staff think and act like big shots and have attitudes.

   ABI has always tried to help me out in her capacity with a smile and no attitude whatsoever. I think she may be short on experience but I am confident she will go a long way. I wish her all the best for the future.

   I usually do not rate customer service as excellent, however our experience with Romans can only be described this way. Not only did we sell our property through Romans but we were so pleased with the service we are buying through them also.
   From the first meeting with Amy, who is friendly, appoachable and professional (and always seems to be working!!) we were impressed with how efficient and communicative the whole team are. They kept us in the loop every step along the way, provided feedback, and returned calls and carried out actions when they said they would. Having had first hand experience of other agents this far exceeds the norm.
   I would fully recommend Romans to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

   I dealt primarily with Jodie Kelly and have found her Professional, Friendly and approachable and it's been an easier experience dealing with someone like Jodie. I have also had contact with Hanna in Farnborough, Caroline Creed, Stephen Mount and Elizabeth at head office(?) Bracknell/wokingham and have found everyone very helpful.

   I have been a tenant with Romans in my last two houses and have never had a bad experience. My property manager Kelly Saunders was always there to help. If i ever had a problem with the house she would contact the landlord to sort this out straight away.

   When i had to move out of my 1st property last year Ellie Milne made sure she found me another place ASAP which was within my budget and was an ideal house for me. Both have made the last 3 years with romans an enjoyable experience.

   Romans and manager Mark Wright has provided us with the worst possible service. They have failed to communicate with us for 8 months, and also pulled our property from the market without informing us about it. It is very clear that they didn't want our property to affect their stats and competitive strategy against Prospect. It is a disgrace to deal with a company who is supposed to market your property, but completely ignoring you from day one! Worst worst worst estate agents I've ever come across! AVIOD!

   As a Landlord dealing with a renovation and letting property, we have found that good communication is essential for us, which we have found with Prospect Real-estate Agent.

   Additionally, the understanding of our long distance situation, and working with us with consideration and the willingness to help that little extra has made us feel very comfortable with Prospect Real-estate Agent, Letting Department.

   We are dealing with a helpful professional chap named Ben Peel who has conducted his job in a friendly reassuring manner.

   We hope that the management of Prospect Real-estate Agent will always provide a healthy comfortable environment for their employees, so that they can individually thrive and offer the best service to the customers that choose Prospect Real-estate Agent.

    We were undecided about which estate agent to use as our property was a Warfield Property but the balance tipped towards Romans as we liked appreciated their honesty and proffessional approach. We dealt mostly with Jon at the Warfield Branch who was very helpful but also had lots of contact with others at Warfield and Bracknell, and always found them helpful. The property sold really quickly after an open house viewing - when we received two separate offers within the hour. Jon then negotiated a higher offer for us which we were happy with and did all the relevant checks to try to ensure as far as possible that the buyer was serious and in a position to purchase. The administration process up to completion was overseen by Lisa who was always on hand to answer queries and deal with problems etc. All in all we were very happy with our service and will use Romans again in the future to market our properties.
