   We've been in the house for just over a month, and already have had two issues one with an appliance and a leak at the property. Both issues have been dealt with in a very swift and friendly matter. Very pleased with the service.

   I have been renting through Roman for 3 years and deal with Annette from the Crowthorne Office as my Property Manager. Annette has been fantastic, if we have had any problems she has always responded quickly and dealt with thing efficiently, be it organizing workmen or bringing us round heaters from the office when we had a boiler issue, she has even lets us know in advance if she will be away and who we should talk to in her absence.
   Romans is a fantastic company to let through, they are so helpful and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. They have great communication and you are always aware of where to go or who to call during holiday periods. Whilst we do not intend on leaving our property just yet when we do we will continue to use Romans

   The service I received from the Tilehurst branch was excellent! From the initial valuation meeting to the exchange of contract communication was first class (in contrast to the previous agent I had used). I knew at every step what was happening with viewings, offers etc and also received invaluable advice to help me along the way. The way they have dedicated staff for certain areas of the process ensures full attention is given at every step. The staff that accompanied the viewings were always well presented, polite and friendly.
   I would highly recommend Romans to anybody looking to sell or purchase (or both!) a property.
   I cannot thank the team enough :-)!

   I had to move agents as the current agent that I was using had not taken my wishes into considerations and had made a number of mistakes which had cost me money . Romans made the move to a new agent very easy and took on board all my concerns. They found good tenants for my property within a week of marketing it...
