Disappointing experience. No follow up, had to call twice to confirm property details. I was told both times that an email will be sent shortly but none arrived. Called third time to get the details on the phone.
After viewing, made the offer. Financial details received about moving in monies and boy they are expensive...never paid that much for admin+credit check+inventory. £500 just to move in is a joke...withdrew the offer

This agent use bully boy tactics when selling with them. They have the highest rates in the area and do very little for their money. Customer service is very poor and communication with customers has a lot to be desired.

They are timewasters. I offered to pay six months in advance. There was one property that I particularly wanted to see and the agent who took my details said she would try to arrange a viewing but this might be difficult as it was tenanted. She did not ring me back. I contacted her again a few days later. Again she said she would try to arrange a viewing but did not ring me back. After two weeks I still had not viewed the property. Then another agent there told me that there had been viewings as they did have the keys to the property and would I like a viewing? I said yes but half an hour before I viewed it it became unavailable.

My family were not treated fairly when we put in an offer for a property, and this coursed a lot of upset for my spouse who is expecting.
