   I have a reasonable sized property portfolio and have used many different agents over the years to manage my properties. Robinson Jackson Lettings in Welling have provided the worst service I have received over the last 10 years. Every time I call the person I previously dealt with is busy so I have to explain everything time and time again. There’s Julia, Ruby, Jane, Lorraine..........the list goes on. I have to make these continuous calls because they never see any maintenance issues through to the end. They make a phone call, put the file aside and forget about it.    Worked with Marc that inspired me trust since the beginning. We explained Marc what we were looking for and after a couple of days Marc called us for a visit to the property.
   We liked it and we are now living in it.
   Marc has been professional, fast and provided exactly what we were looking for.
   We recommend this estate agent.

   I called to arrange a viewing for sales and the customer service was very bad. They said to me I cannot view the property until I provide proof that I have my mortgage in place and the deposit is in an account. Surely not everyone needs to provide all that information to arrange a viewing?!

   I have recently sold my fathers property through Robinson Jackson, Northumberland Heath. The service was 1st class.
   As I was 24 miles away, they took complete control of the sale,as I asked them to.
   I was kept informed every step of the way. They showed all prospective buyers round.
   In what is a difficult market time, they found a buyer relatively quickly.
   Once a buyer was found I was put in touch with Gina, who was extremely professional and helpful.
   I have in the past been dubious about Estate Agents, but this one has restored my faith, well done guys and thankyou.....

   I have been looking for a house with the Plumstead branch and so far they have been very good. All viewings have been accompanied and they have been very receptive to my feedback and only showed me properties that fit what I'm looking for. I have dealt with many worse estate agents and expect that of the 5 or so I'm dealing with these are the best in the area.

   I have recently sold and bought through 2 south east London & Kent branches. They are a nightmare. No feedback from viewers (some of whom never materialised) rude and unhelpful, full of shmooze to get you to list with them and then zilch. No accompanied viewings ever, even though hold keys. Manager is a pompous old fool, throwback from the 80's. As for the branch I am buying from, well felt like they treated me as a tramp as i did not wish to see the mortgage guy, pestered me for 5 full days and refused to take house of market!!! Made me run around like an idiot chasing mortgage offers yet can not do something as simple as post me the property brochure. Total spend with Robinson Jackson nearly
